This is a great product, It helped us to save the amount of the liquid detergent we are using in the kitchen. It has a great sensetive sensor we dont need to wait. Clean and no touch.I Should get more for bathroom.

All around just not well designed. The base requires a "key" to lock and unlock the dispenser to the base. Not only is there not a convenient place to store the "key" but it is very difficult to get the dispenser in the exact right spot to lock it in place. It is very likely that you will rip the base right off the wall as you try to remove the base to refill, either by breaking the cheap, thin plastic or by ripping the screws out of the wall. The worst part is that you have to move your hand under the motion sensor at least 3-4 times before soap will dispense. It seems the pump is just not strong enough to pump soap, even though I used soap designed for automatic dispensers.

Seems to be decent, but its bright chrome-like appearance is not to my taste. It is made of plastic, not Stainless Steel as advertised.

It is easy to install and efficient to use. It serves it’s purpose. The shiny chrome color is easy to clean.Before using at first, use the key (comes with it) to lock the docking. Fill it with liquid soap. Wait about 2-3 min for the soap to fill up the inner tubes so that when you move your hand below without touching you have the soap. If you do not have it at first, do it one more time to get the soap (the soap might not have filled up the inner tubing)Mine worked at the first try.My kids loved it and asking one for their bathroom. It is very practical and hygienic to use it. No touching!

Works great! My other one stopped working, so I got this one, which was much less expensive. I was a bit hesitant because I was concerned the quality would not be as good as my old one, but it’s working fine. It is sensitive to my hand motion and always gives me just the right amount of soap (that part is adjustable). It holds a lot of soap so I won’t have to refill it so often. I’m pleased.

Best liquid automatic soap dispenser I have bought! Looks good in your kitchen or bathroom, can fill up with foam or liquid soap and see in well window when to refill. Other dispensers I bought broke quickly or could only handle foam soap, which sometimes is difficult to find during the pandemic. This dispenser is very flexible and you can use both. Great price, highly recommended!

These kinds of products are basic needs for the pandemic period.The product was delivered on time. No need to press any button anymore to use liquid soap.It works with 4 batteries, it would be better if it had a rechargeable feature. But it is still a very useful product.I recommend it.

I ordered this item for my kitchen, i poured my dish liquid soap in it. It works well. I purchased this so when i pour the detergent on my sponge my hands dont touch anything else, so its cleaner. I recommend it. Its useful.
