SimplicitySimplicity 1559 Easy to Sew Women's Pants and Skirt Sewing Patterns, Sizes 16-22

This is the easiest pattern I’ve bought so far. I have been sewing for a year or so but I’m self taught and it was just a breeze. I made at-least 7 mini skirts. I followed the instructions but tweaked the pattern a bit to follow the shape of my hips and also shortened it significantly to fit my style. For the price and the amount of skirt lengths and even pants it makes it worth it.

The pant is great easy to read and follow love it

I’m in a sewing class and we had to buy this pattern. The teacher did show ups how to make it so I didn’t always follow the instructions as written. Overall I think this is a good pattern for a novice. Simplicity hasn’t updated their sizing so always look at the measurements don’t look at the sizing.

Description stated size 8 to14. No way to choose the Size I wanted.. Pattern I received was size 16 to 22. I did return it
