I am not sure how much it weighs. It seems light enough. If weight is a concern, don't get this bag. The only situation that I can think of where weight could be that critical would be a long backpacking trip. On a long backpacking trip, you would be very foolish to take a bunch of electronics. There is a reason for calling "getting away from it all."

Will my ipad fit into this electronics organizer?

Yes, the organizer has a zipper pocket on its back, you can put ipad(up to 10inch) in it. Or you can put it in DIY layer.

Could a pair of OneOdio headphones fit in the bottom layer?

I'm afraid it couldn't. But a pair of earbuds or wireless earbuds could fit in.
