Not what I ordered. Wanted a weighted adult hoop this is a child's flimsy hoop very light

Not weighted, flimsy poor quality hoops.
These hoops are not weighted as advertised,. They contain no water or sand. They are very light and flimsy and the metallic tape rips easily.To be honest I would ideally have returned them but they were a present and I had no time to find a replacement, leaving me feeling embarrassed when opened.
