I would advise you invest in the bottles or the cream. I’ve filed mine every morning and evening after a shower then applied either of the above. Filing is important, as it takes layers of the infection off then you are left with a flat healthy nail. It’s taken me eight months of doing this to have nice toe nails back. A bit costly, a bit time consuming yes but this is the best my nails have been.
