Many functions cable test, Poe port to power camera, IP scan etc. I use it all the time when I have to troubleshoot or set up cameras.

I use this to troubleshoot cameras all the time and it works awesome. I haven't come across a camera that wasn't compatible yet. It's also extremely useful as an ip scanner tool instead of having to carry a laptop around. Battery life is decent but could be better. There are plenty of these for sale online under different brand names so make sure you compare the prices.

This device works quite well. The only thing is that you need to manually remember and enter the IP address - it does not switch automatically when scanning. The cameras can be programmed and adjusted. A good cable tester that clearly shows the wire map and signal attenuation on individual pairs.The wireless network operates in the 2.4 GHz range, this must be taken into account when organizing a connection via a hot spot - on iPhones, for example, you need to turn on the “maximize compatibility” switch.Although it must be admitted that a cable tester sometimes shows all sorts of gags: Either a wet cable, or electromagnetic interference, then everything is fine - you have to double-check, or better in such conditions, just reboot the device to clear the “brains”.In general, for the money it’s very efficient, I must admit.

This test set is not for beginners, it requires a good knowledge base of video installation ability. The test set is super versatile permitting you to test a large variety of digital and analog cameras as well analyzing network runs and trouble shoot them. The downside is the missing operational manual - not even a download link was given. However the link can be found on the net and downloaded.
