Cant stand up straight without it going up my crotch and pouch is really small. If your around 5’6-5’7 in height, Get a LARGE. 5’8+ get an XXL Forsure.

Ordered two different sizes to see if they actually were different, as this has been a problem in the past.Turns out the two are identical, except for the tag, it says XL on one and XXL on the other, yet they're the same size.Other than that they're what you'd expect from a cheap Chinese seller

Fits really well. I’m 6’, about 170#, and after reading some reviews about it running a little small, I bought a size L, and very happy with it.

Great fit, comfortable, material breathes well now just have to find more wrestlers;-)
