I like to colon cleanse from Dr. Tobias so I gave this a try and sadly to report... didn’t do anything

I didn't need a product that would give me the energy to workout or clean the house. I simply needed something that would give me that afternoon "pick me up" to keep going and this product does that. However, if you are looking for something to give you energy for that workout, this product does provide mental clarity and energy.

I love all of Dr. Tobias products. And this one works just as great as the other ones. Not only for energy but if you’re like me that doesn’t have regular valve moves then, this is expect for you. Less bloated and a happier tummy with the right energy.

It made my hands jittery. I work at a desk so maybe I’ll try taking it when I’m up and moving around.

These pills are the bomb!!! I only take one a day and I have to remember to eat. Just remember please that you must exercise and sweat some. Oh , DRINK, DRINK, AND DRINK WATER. CAN'T GET AROUND IT. I lost three lbs in a week which is good for me. I recommend these for anyone serious about getting rid of weight
