HP have always built reliable Desktop PCs
Super nice Desktop PC. Got it to replace my wife’s 15 year old PC which can’t be upgraded in Windows anymore.Love the 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD Hard Drive. Don’t need any more hard drive for our needs.Upgrades are easy. Plan to add more RAM (came with 8GB and will take 32GB) and upgrade the WiFI 5 to Wi-Fi 6 with an Intel Desktop Wireless M.2 card. This will speed up the Bluetooth also. Not that the WiFi 5 is inadequate but the Wi-Fi 6 is the way to go.Graphics are pretty good but I was thinking of installing a low profile 1030 graphics card which would make it even better.I’m talking so upgrades but this is a great machine for the price. Intel i3 is underrated. Wonderful processor for everyday usage.Very Happy with it. HP has some pretty advanced ways to upgrade the bios and Drivers. You can connect to their support page and it analyzes for updates. Have it connected to a nice LG monitor. Light weight too. I wouldn’t call it a gaming machine. It’s not that fast but fast enough for surfing The web or watching Amazon Prime or HBO Max.I think it was a smart buy. For my wife’s needs this is perfect and didn’t cost thousands.

new desk top
My laptop mother board died so I had to decide between another laptop or a desk top. Went with a desktop purchase on Amazon wasn't able to find what I wanted elsewhere. Technical documentation from HP is lacking, was kind of disappointed other wise have been happy with this purchase thus far. New system is very fast, happy with windows 11 which was loaded.

This does NOT come with Windows 10 Operating System!
Advertised on Amazon as having Windows 10 operating system. It does NOT.Had to uninstall Windows 11 from scratch after the computer arrived. Only saving grace is that the staff member of Computer Upgrade King (seller) was willing to stay on the phone with me for hours during the entire uninstalling process and reverting it to Windows 10. The ONLY reason I had purchased this product was because I specifically wanted Windows 10.

Arrived sooner than expected
Info said it was windows 11. It came with windows 10 which made me very happy. That is what I preferred.

Good machine for home/office use. Great potential
Don’t try and game but don’t call this a slow machine. 4 cores, hyper threaded puts it at 7th gen i7 performance. Perfect business machine for Office, Internet, and drives a 4K monitor @60hz. Room for 3.5” HD (2 if creative). Could make a sweet little media server (Plex, etc) - small svelte little package. Nvme Storage, 2 ram slots, 1 x16PCIe

Newer is not always better
Very nice and quiet at first. It has just started making a clunk noise when thinking its return policy ended 2 days ago and im contacting support to see if the clunking noise is normal. Ive never had a computer make clunking noises. Kind of like a float noise on a sump pump - its weird. Other than the weird noise getting used to widows 10 is a challenge and everything needs an app. Thought windows office pro on it would make things easier but it is just seems to be nothing. Wont open an excel or pdf without an app and scans take more time since it has to be told to do a scan from the computer to printer vs printer to computer. It could be the user and totally not the product so contacting hp is probably the best thing to do. Amazon support is not the best and this computer was supposed to have office pro and it does not

Love this HP computer!
Love this computer, it's quiet not like the last one I had where you heard a grinding noise and it started up after having it for a Month.
