Taste is great, and it contains the primary electrolytes one would worry about if they're sweating a lot. Easy to recommend to those looking for caffeinated drink mixes over the other products on the market. No noticeable aftertaste.Only major thing of note is that there's around 120mg of caffeine per serving which is double or triple the amount of caffeine in competing products. Saying that as it means far less ought to be consumed if you're adjusted to other brands. The UL or upper limit for most people is going to be around 400mg daily. This isn't medical advice to be clear, however, the product is better suited towards high activity persons requiring the caffeine for pre-workout uses and those that typically are heavy coffee or tea drinkers.That said, the only negative with the product is that theobromine, theophyline and L-theanine aren't listed in the ingredients. They aid in among other things the digestion, blood flow or circulation and the overall use of caffeine in the body. It's a part of why a caffeine crash occurs where persons start feeling sleepy hours after consuming products with caffeine in them. It is an instant drink, so it is not going to taste like lemonade, but it does a very good immintation. Well priced and dessolves easily.

Good caffeine pick me up during the day instead of those expensive energy drinks. Very cheap per packet. Decent tasting. Would recommend if you’re on a budget

I love the taste of these and have been using the packets instead of energy drinks to minimize costs. I love that they wake me up and taste refreshing with breakfast. I am not a coffee person, and this is a perfect substitute in the mornings!

It’s very very sweet and you can taste the artificial sweetener, it has a really good Strawberry flavor though. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Like that I can make my drink as strong or weak as I want. My husband likes his mix strong. I like mine more like a lemon essence. So we both get what we want.

Please don’t ever stop making these ! I switched from Crystal Light Wild strawberry and these are the perfect cheaper brand

A couple of these sachets in a 600ml bottle of water and you've got a nice alternative to an energy drink to sip on for a couple hours. The price is right, just wish I knew how much caffeine it had in it.
