Right on the money, or, in hindsight, maybe not!
Update 12-29-2022:I have neglected my 2 Boliys over the last 3 years since I had solar system with backup battery installed. They have been sitting there on trickle chargers, protected in sheds. Since we had an unsually brutal storm over USA recently, I decided to check on my old backup generators (2012), just in case. Despite trickle chargers, the batteries were no good. I run the generators on natural gas today, so connected the gas hoses, opened the choke, primed the natural gas line regulators, set on/off switch to ON and the Economy switch to OFF. Checked oil level to make sure FULL. Pulled manual starter 5 time, re-primed the gas line, pulled another 10-15 times, and…both started! I let them run for an hour. No problems, flawless performance. Impressive! Did not expect that! Another layer of security in really bad weather.Previous history:I bought 2 of them back in November 2012 and immediately converted them both for our house natural gas, LPG and bigger external gas tanks as they will be used in case of any natural disaster here in Southern California. Soldered in extensions to the battery for a battery tender. The natural gas and LPG conversions I used are the same as used for Yamaha generators as the engine seems to be an exact knock-off, if not the same, engine as the Yamaha (carb and displacement) Now I have tri-fuel security at a very reasonable price and the generators start up immediately irrespective of fuel. Switching from gasoline to natural gas or LPG is a matter of closing the gas tank valve, that's all. Plenty of power from the pair for refrigerator/freezer, furnace, lights, computer, router, electronics chargers/power backups, ozone generator for water purification and house security. Enough power to help my neighbors too if needed. I start each generator every week on natural gas to confirm that they are OK. So far no issues.Update September 2015: One still works as intended. The other needs to be restarted several times before any power is produced. Once it starts to produce power, it is OK until turned off. I bought a new inverter module, but that did not resolve the issue. Eventually, I get the power but this behavior is annoying and could be dangerous in an emergency. My next generator will be a Honda or Yamaha.Update October 2018: A few weeks after installing the new inverter module, starting and stopping the second generator, it sprang to life and has generated power ever since. I test it every month with natural gas and everthing works, including the electric starter, battery on constant trickle charger. Economy mode works beyond 2000 watts output. Regular mode over 3000 watts, all tested with heater fans. No oil consumption so far. Please note that I have never run either generator beyond 2 hours straight so far, so I cannot report on true long running reliability in an emergency. However, both generators now start up and produce power every time I test them with household natural gas here in Southern California.

the TRUTH about these people
Originally had a problem with this generator but the seller is very helpful in seeing that the problem is corrected. Unit powers the air conditioner and TV and light all at the same time, so plenty of power.electric start is GREAT and a flip of the switch, and we are "at home"a little heavy, but still lighter than others in this power range and I just leave it in the back of the truck and run an extension cord'BE SURE TO CHECK ALL WIRES AND GAS LINES WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. MAKER NEEDS A LITTLE QUALITY CONTROL HELP

Very Good, but not the best.
Arrived promptly from the seller, but it was not the latest model. Latest model has automatic choke, mine was manual. Also, mine would not start until I removed that end cover panel to discover that the choke pull cable was not attached to the choke on the carburetor. After attaching the cable, it promptly started.

Good generator, but needs some modifications!
Recently purchased this generator, and took it boondocking for a week, up in Routt National Forest, Colorado. The generator ran fine and was very quiet. The only two problems I experienced with it was the rubber seal inside of the gas cap, and the spark arrestor on the muffler exhaust. The rubber seal disintegrates when it is contacted with gas. Kind of a problem when it's in a gas cap. Maybe they should use cork. The spark arrestor on the tip of the muffler exhaust has approximately 12 layers of metal screen mesh inside of it. This prevents the generator from properly breathing, when there is a 1/4 inch of carbon built up on this screen mesh. My fixes were to remove the rubber gasket from the gas cap, and I removed the muffler exhaust tip with the mesh in it. I intend on putting a different gasket in the gas cap, and am going to extend the muffler tip out from the plastic housing and turn it upwards. Other than these two minor problems, I would have given 5 stars.
