Love the whiteboard! It is the perfect size and very easy to assemble. Moves smooth from carpet to hardwood. The product arrived dented and, using the warranty, the company sent us a brand new one! It’s magnetic, markers work great, definitely worth the price!

We received this whiteboard at the end of last week and noted that the whiteboard itself had a raised line running through it, so we reached out to the company to request a replacement. They swiftly responded and shipped out a replacement. The board is the perfect size, rolls very easily on a short-pile carpet, and looks great! It comes with colorful magnets, a magnetic eraser, and whiteboard markers, and everything is of high quality. The board is sturdy and was easy to put together. We are very happy with our purchase.

Really fantastic customer service. The first board we received was damaged - they included a card with an email to write to if there were any issues. I emailed and sent a picture of the damaged board and they sent an entire replacement. The only question they asked was where to send the replacement. From first email to received replacement was about a week. They did not require a return of the damaged parts. The board is easy to assemble and includes tools needed. You can do it alone (I did) but having an extra set of hands would be helpful. It glides very smoothly and all 4 wheels have brakes which is convenient. The board itself is works great - it erases cleanly and is magnetic. Flipping it over is very easy and locks in sturdy. Thank you very much for a great product and great service!

When product arrived, the main white board had some ripples in it. I did not notice this until I had already set the base up. I sent pictures to the manufacturer and they sent a new one with zero problems. The resolved the issue with curtesy and extremely fast turn around time. I’m very pleased with how well this was handled!

The frame is very lightweight but more sturdy than might be expected. It is well designed and easy to assemble with clear instructions. The whiteboard arrived with a large bubble on one side which made it unusable. When Maxtek Customer Service was contacted they immediately responded and solved the problem.

Excellent company who offered to ship another item when it arrived damage with a small wrinkle on one side and a dried out marker.. we bought markers anyways and we just turned the wrinkle to the wall. It goes it character. I was confused about the screws at first and contacted them, but it turns out they were pre installed haha. Nice looking whiteboard. My only complaint is that I don’t think it changes angle? It has been great to keep me organized. Not difficult to put together.

(Edited) I got a call from a a family member letting me know I had huge mail that arrived and was super confused. Turns out the company mailed a brand new replacement since the last one shipped got damaged. This made my day! I've bought a lot of white boards as I work in tech. This has to be the best board for the price your paying. I've paid quadriple the price for the same size if not slightly bigger only to be disappointed. This one... trust me it's worth the price. Buy this one. You won't regret it. If something is wrong with it, I'd reach out to them. Surprisingly they're the first company that actually did something about a damaged whiteboard. Thank you so much! Would I buy again? Most definitely. The product is good and most importantly the service is just as good. (Original) I haven't assembled it yet. I've been waiting for this whiteboard since it looks the cleanest of all that I searched. The material feels nice and one side of the board looks great but unfortunately other side is dented. I already opened the package and I knew something was going to be wrong and I was right.. It really bumps me out cause when I saw the good side as I opened the package it looked amazing and then other side really crushed my heart 😅 I've bought many whiteboards and this for it's size and price would definitely be well worth your dollar. (ASSUMING it arrives not dented that is).

Easy to assemble even for 1 person and looks like it’s going to work out for my WFH needs. The only negative is 2 little dents on one side of the board.
