I repeatly order Certo to make jelly. I buy it from Amazon because I can trust them to send fresh Certo.

The Good Stuff
Wouldn’t use anything else. Around a 98% success rate with jam setting. It is picky on how you use it. 1 minute means 1 minute. I buy it from Amazon since the grocery store’s prices are obscene assuming they even carry pectin. I’ve had better luck finding canning goods at Ace Hardware than I have at the major grocery stores, like Von’s.

WAY OVER PRICE Not cost effective and does not work well
This pectin is WAY!!! cheaper at the grocery store. In Walmart it is 6.50 for the same Package. To get my jam to set I had to use 2 packs of the pectin. WARING getting this from here is no cost effective. It was ONLY after using 2 packs could I get my jam to set, and I followed the instructions to a T. My suggestion is tick with the powdered pectin it works much better and is cost effective
