Not fit for purpose
At first appearances this looked like a great incubator for a bargain price. It was well packaged and delivered on time and came with some helpful instructions. When I switched the incubator on it appeared to come up to temperature quickly and settle.Where it started to go wrong. It clearly states in the description its suitable for all eggs, which it isn't. When putting average sized duck eggs in the automatic turner the lid won't fit. Fine, you can remove the yellow trays so I thought I would do it manually the old fashioned way (something I'm used to).Next, the alarm system. It was constantly complaining of something. Low humidity, low temperature, high temperature. Honestly this thing has no self regulation. At one point with no ambient room temperature changes the incubator suddenly increased its temperature to 40°+ - the irony here being it was the one time the alarm didn't go off. I have strong doubts about the accuracy of the temperature and humidity gauges as when I picked up an egg (while set at 36°) it was too hot to touch! Moisture was constantly building up on the inside of the lid and still the incubator complained it wasn't humid enough. Somehow then moisture got into the display panel so it stopped even displaying what the alarm was about. After a week of arguing and babying this incubator I decided to check my eggs and see if any of my constant adjustment and supervision had helped. It hadn't. I lost my entire batch of eggs because the incubator had kept them hot enough to cook them.Obviously I returned the incubator and have now bought a brinsea automatic and am having much more success.Tl;DrDon't waste your money and eggs on this incubator. Buy the tried and tested brinsea. Its more money but it'll last years and won't cook your eggs.

Not for quail!!!
If you are looking to incubate quail eggs, do not attempt to buy this product!!!! I’ve have 2 sets of eggs out of 2, in which 2 chicks from each batch have got their wings trapped in the fans!!! Also a number of chicks have needed trapped under the plastic ‘guard’!! It’s maybe suited to a larger chick, but definitely not quail!!!

Waste of money.
Total waste of money. Ill fitting lid which meant humidity was a problem and lights not working. Don't buy!

Great value for money
The product is very good, the capacity is large, and it is very strong. Looking forward to the hatching of the first brood
