Cooler Master SickleFlow 92 All-Black Square Frame Fan, Air Balance Curve Blade, Sealed Bearing, 92mm PWM Control for Computer Case & Air Coolers

I bought a 120mm Cooler Master Sickle Flow fan and was impressed by the quality for the price. So when I needed a 92mm fan I decided I would try another Sickle Flow fan. The 92mm fan that came with my prebuilt Asus ROG was loud at full speed and sometimes made strange sounds that made me think it had some issues.This Cooler Master has rubber mounts, a braided 4 wire PWM cable and comes with mounting screws. They advertise a 2300 rpm speed, which for me was accurate at full speed. At full speed the fan is still completely silent unlike the exhaust fan that came with my case that sounded like a jet engine.This fan has no RGB lighting or fancy design. Its just a black fan with good performance. If you are doing a sleeper build or just looking to upgrade or replace your factory fan then this is a great fan. Price is very reasonable. I wanted a fan that would blend in with my black case and keep a non modified look.I highly recommend this fan. My only complaint is that the screws it comes with for mounting are short so they barely thread into the fan. I ended up using some longer fan screws I already had but the screws it comes with are better than nothing if you don't already have some.

The fans are keep my CPU cool and the fans are quiet. Just what I needed.

Use this on my custom build as a exhaust fan, works pretty well.

I bought three 92mm PWM fans to test, this CoolerMaster SickleFlow 92, the Noctua NF-A9, and the Arctic F9. The noise level on all at full speed is about the same (within 1dB from a foot away), with the Noctua the quietest, and this Arctic F9 the loudest. But, you will likely not hear any of them if they aren't running at full speed.For static pressure, the F9 is also the worst of all three, but again the differences are very, very small. On the other hand, for airflow, there wide variations. This F9 generated about 33 cubic feet per minute, which is fine for the size, but the Noctua managed 40CFM. Compared to the less than 20CFM of the SickleFlow, though, both are much better.I really wanted to like this fan, but the airflow is really bad compared to the other two. I absolutely would never recommend it over the similarly priced (around $10) Arctic F9. If you need absolute best in class sound and flow, go for this Noctua, but you can get nearly two Artic F9s for the price of one Noctua.

Acer is funny when it comes to adding a System fan to the Desktop enclosure. I have talked to Acer and they were only able to provide me with the OEM p/n for the cpu fan but could not give me a recommendation for the system fan. I have tried different fans on this but the bios did not recognize them.I finally ordered this fan and it works perfectly with the Acer Aspire. The bios recognizes it and does the speed control. This fan is also very quiet. If you have an Acer Aspire TC-892 and want a system fan, get this one!

Easy to install, looks good.

I bought this for my Acer aspire tc-885 ,it's straight up plug and play. I haven't noticed any extra fan noise.
