This is my second set of these sand spikes. We keep two of them in each of our dinghies / tenders. They are easy to stow away and are easy to place in the sand or along a sea wall for us to tie us to instantly. I like the two options for tethering a line - clip a line or tie a line through the closed loop or slide a loop under and over the open loop. They are easy to push down into the sand or dirt because you can leverage your weight by leaning/pushing down on the closed loop. Highly recommend!

Holds incredibly well and is so easy to put in and take out. Love it.

We use theses to secure our 28' Searay to the beach, on a river. They're sturdy, and to date have been big enough to hold the boat in place. If you're beaching your boat, I think you have to have 2.

Great anchor to hold the back of the boat close to shore or at a sand bar.

We use these in our lake on an island to help keep our 24' pontoon from turning as the waves hit the boat. These are easy to get into the ground and not nearly as heavy as an anchor. It gets the job done, light weight and easy to put in! I would recommend them to those looking for a little something additional to keep the boat from turning from all the waves and/or current!
