The world's best carry-on luggage
I bought the Heys carry-on knowing that it was lightweight but I was surprised to find out just how compact AND roomy this suitcase really is. The case is molded in such a way to hold the maximum amount of stuff in the minimum amount of space with the lightest weight possible. The suitcase folds out into 2 halves when opened and has a flap that can be clamped down on one side allowing you to hold down the compartments contents. The other side has a strap from each of the four corner that joins in the middle with a small plastic clip and can be adjusted by pulling on the excess strap. There is a zipper compartment that lines the inside of one side of the luggage that opens to reveal an inside chamber that I use to store shoes and keep them away from my clothes. I'm not sure that it was designed with this intention in mind, but it works nonetheless.I think the biggest benefit of the suitcase is that it fits where most other carry-ons don't- including those tiny Embraer commuter jets. I've even been able to use this one piece of carry-on for 5-day business trips. It takes some creative folding and packing, but you can do it. Highly recommended for both the casual and business traveller.

Me Like.
This is a great carry-on! It fits a lot for a 20/21" hard shell. The only thing I dislike is that the hard shell scratches like nobody's bidness. I promise you, it will get scratched. I have found, however, I don't really mind a little wear and tear because it's not too noticeable with the pattern. It's super light weight and easy to roll around.

Cute carry-on!
I bought the one called 'Red Flow' (unfortunate name but oh well). It's one of the most unique looking bags I've ever owned. I've gotten a bunch of compliments on it and trust me, this bag is impossible to miss in a sea of black bags. I bought it approximately six months ago and waited that long to write a review to make sure the bag - which is not cheap - would hold up. It has held up stunningly. I agree with some of the reviewers that the bar in the center takes away usable packing space but there's still a good amount of space in the bag. I was able to pack for a week-long trip using just this carry-on. Also, it has these nice little "legs" on one side that keep it from flopping open when you unzip it completely. Oh, and the handle can be adjusted so if you're not on the tall side - or your child wants to pull a bag as much as mine does - the handle can be shortned to a convenient height.

Buyers beware of this manufacturer - Heys is NOT a good brand to buy
Buyers beware!!I purchased a Heys 26" Silver Crown Elite Spinner for over $200. I decided to use it for the first time this Christmas. It was advertised as a high quality product and I was initially pleased by the look and design. I took it out of the original packaging and packed it for the trip. I took a short hour long flight from Northern California to Southern California, and when I received the bag back from the airline, there was a huge crack in the suitcase near the top.I called Heys customer service, and the agent informed me that there was nothing they could do as this is not covered under the warranty. I cannot believe that Heys produces such a poor quality product that it cannot stand up to even ONE short flight. The customer service agent was not very helpful or friendly, although I am sure she was doing what the service manual told her to do.It is a real shame that this company doesn't have the integrity to back up their own products. They need to pull this product from the shelves if it cannot perform as advertised.Cheating customers for short term gain is a bad strategy. If I had received good service or a good quality product, I might have been a loyal Heys customer for life. If I can prevent even one more person from wasting bucks on this inferior, defective product that Heys calls luggage, I will do whatever I can. Don't give your hard earned money to the Heys charlatans!

Cool looking, but fragile.
Had for about a year and a half when I brought it down from the overhead compartment and the wheel came right off. It wasn't a particularly turbulent flight, I assure you. No way to fix it. About 6 months prior to that, I mistakenly checked it and it came out completely scratched up. cheap materials don't make this worth its price.

nice case with iffy zipper
I bought this item for my 9 year old grandson,he loved it.Exterior is pretty, handle and wheels are nice and sturdy. However the case halves are joined with a poorly operating zipper that is a pain to zip.I can only hope the 7 year warranty is not needed.

Great luggage.
I got this piece of luggage for a week long trip to the hospital. I took it on as a carry-on during my flight. It was perfect!!! Light weight and very pretty. I received a lot of compliments from passengers on the flight and from my nurses at the hospital. I like the rolling wheels. It rolls very smoothly and the handle comes up at the right height for rolling the luggage around. Excellent product.

Cute bag...how sturdy is it?
My 12 year old daughter loves the design and used the bag for 9 days trip overseas. Lots of room inside. Con: very banged up exterior after only two flights, and one wheel broke off just on a two hour domestic flight! We'll contact Heys for replacement part....see how it goes.
