The VERY BEST!!!
After installing the Midea 10K BTU U Shape AC last week it quickly became apparent that the cheap foam pieces included were simply not up my standards. The Yotache White Foam Seal Strips are a tremendous improvement over the cheap foam tape included with the Midea unit. Excellent insulation + firm adhesion. We also ordered replacement top rated foam to fill the window gap (double hung windows).

very rough adhesive
Needed it to help soundproof the door jam around the door. It will take the paint off if you try to pull it up.

Works EXACTLY like I was hoping!
I was recently fitted with a removable splint. It is warmed plastic, which hardened within a few minutes after being molded around my arm. All I could say was OUCH! The plastic felt like it was cutting into the outside of my hand and upper arm and was crushing my wrist bone.😢. I was looking for foam I could adhere to the edges and cushion the hard plastic. THIS WAS THE PERFECT PRODUCT!!

Easy to use, adhesive is not strong
Was easy to use and install. I placed it around my door last night and by morning there were areas that were peeling off. When I reapplied the peeling areas around the door again, they continued to peel throughout the day. I will be returning this.

Quality product! **Please read if applying to painted surfaces**
I was looking for an cushioned, adhesive strip to prevent dings and scratches on painted doors due to occasional wheelchair impacts. On the whole, I’m pleased.PRO:Absorbs impacts wellNeutral light grey color isn’t too distracting on off-white painted surfacesScuffs wipe up with water, light household spray or magic eraserAdhesive strips hold well on painted woodCON:Adhesive strips will peel paint off surfaces when removed or adjustedIf you plan to stick the stripping onto a painted surface, I found the following solution to be helpful. You’ll need to sacrifice a small length of your roll for testing:1) Cut a 6” strip.2) Remove the yellow protective plastic.3) Apply the adhesive strip to one of these surfaces: tile, stone, or hard wood laminate. ***Do not apply to wood with a polyurethane finish, or you may strip the varnish.4) Pull up the adhesive strip, reapply, then repeat until the adhesive feels more tacky than sticky. (Fwiw, it took about 20 repeats for me)5) Apply your test strip to an inconspicuous painted surface like a baseboard in a closet. Wait 30 minutes or longer.6) Slooowly remove the test strip. If you haven’t pulled up paint, follow these directions with your real strip, and apply where you want it.If you did pull up paint with your test strip, try this:1) Cut a new 6” test strip.2) Remove yellow plastic.3) Apply the adhesive to a terry cloth towel, then pull it off. Repeat one or two more times, no more! The strip will pull off tiny fibers from the towel making it far less sticky, but still tacky.4) Apply test strip to an inconspicuous painted surface. Wait 30 minutes or longer.5) Slowly remove test strip. If you haven’t pulled up paint, follow these directions with your real strip. The downside of the towel method is that the foam strip may not keep its hold to the surface if too much adhesive is removed. Don’t overdo it.I can't promise this is a foolproof solution, but it should minimize paint peeling when (gently) removing the foam tape. Good luck!

Super sticky, very firm foam
It created a very tight seal for my door because the foam is nice and firm and tape sticks well. Much better than others I've used.
