Quality food?
This is a really decent food and Buddy chowed down at first. However, he wouldn't come back and eat anymore after that first "chow". Then the licking and scratching started. While he seemed to love it at first, it did not love him and he even got a hot spot on his inner back leg. Not good. I do recommend it for people who are looking for a new protein combo for their kitties. Disappointing because I really hoped it would have worked for Buddy.UPDATE: Not sure about this food now. I ordered the ham with parmesan cheese to see if Buddy would like that one any better. We never even got to try it because when I opened the box, the cans had a suspicious amount of rust on the tops. When I opened the least rusty one to see what was going on, there was no seal. I did read reviews about how salty this was for their cats so I'm OK with letting this one go. One lady said that it made her cat very thirsty too. Again, not sure about how it was packed and I will not use it.

Cat won’t eat it. Only received one can
My cat loves ham and always wants some when I have it. He wouldn’t even go near this. Also says its a case of 24. I received one can. Yes I called for a refund.

Twice received only ONE can, not 24 as described!
I received not once, but twice, an order with only ONE can enclosed, when descriptions clearly states 24 cans. Hard to think of it as an oversight, when it happened TWICE. It is a real pity, since the product is actually great.
