Excellent bbq temperature sensor
I have used the device a few times now and it appears reasonably accurate compared alongside my digital thermocouple, clear and easy to tread.What's not to like!

It's a BIG thermometer...
The media could not be loaded. Great product. Fits well. Wish it had come with a wing nut instead of a normal hex bolt as getting a spanner on the inside of the dome is tricky. Very accurate out the box haven't adjusted it at all. temp showing within a few degrees of digital thermo so I know it's going to be trustworthy. Especially on longer cooks I dont want to have to rely on digital one and chewing through batteries. It's more expensive than alot of others but having looked around and read other reviews. Especially with it being sealed to stop condensation you get what you pay for. And the £10 worth(ish) one it replaced was never as accurate
