I was so disappointed. One of the shelves was perfect which is why I gave two stars. The 2nd shelf is warped such that when it is flush against the wall one one side, the other side comes away from the wall about 1/2 inch. The warped part is difficult to see in these pictures, but you can definitely see how the board that sits flush against the wall cut crooked. It is taller on the sides than it is on the middle. I figured that would not show when we put our picture on the shelves, but the warped nature of that same board is making the shelf not want to adhere to the wall. We could not get this screwed in all the way and it is pulling the screws out of the wall. My husband is going to get some butterflies to stick into the wall and larger screws. I’m hoping this will pull the warped board flush against the wall and keep it from pulling back out. Really poor quality control to let a product like this out of the factory.

Sadly, I was disappointed at the color these shelves were as they were much lighter than advertised in photos and the product description. While we understood they are made with natural pine, so color could be a little lighter, the color was listed as espresso and image photos made it seem more of a darker espresso. These would have been good shelves for the cheap price if the color was what was shown.

I had a hard time finding shelves for my kitchen window to house my plants, my husband came across these and i bought them and have LOVED them. They are sturdy yet not heavy at all and fit my plants perfect, they are super easy to install even for just one person will be purchasing more when i need them.

If one is decorating and determined the shelf color was black based on the picture you will in all likely hood be very disappointed as I was disappointed to find they were a horridly weird color not gray, not brown. The color was a mottled mess-not a good color at all. If one does not mind having to sand and re-stain the shelves they are real wood and seem to be well built. Also, one should apply a good polyurethane to seal them as they do not have a water resistant top coat. For me it will be easier to re-sand and stain than return.

Finally installed these floating shelves in the kid’s room and they look amazing- just as what I imagined. The shelves have natural wood texture and smooth paint finish. The installation was pretty easy, especially with the leveller it came with. Overall very happy with this purchase.

To be honest this is a review not on the quality of the product but the cosmetics of the product. The shelves I received is not the shelves I ordered. The shelves I ordered is what was advertised to me and as you can tell by the picture below. This color doesn't match my decor. I purchased the shelves for the color. I'm highly disappointed. Do not waste your time or money they will bamboozle you!!!

They look great- we put up some framed photos after installing them. The package we received did not include 6 and 6 screws and the plastic things- it came with 3 and 5 and unfortunately we only noticed after we had opened up the packaging and started drilling holes so we just used our leftover screws and plastic things. It ended up being fine but make sure you check before installing.

I barely write reviews, but this is so frustrating. 1inch too short, not the depth as shown and then totally wrong color. It looks like it's missing a couple coatings of paint. This is not espresso, this is natural wood with a thin layer of a brown coating. Also the hardware is missing!!! So frustrating, especially for this high price. This will be sent back.
