U.S. Inspected and passed by the department of agriculture. Includes 4 packages of The BratMan Premium Bratwurst Sausages. Each package contains 4 links for a total of 16 links (4 pounds). These are fresh frozen bratwursts, so please follow the cooking instructions. **Shipping note** We only ship out orders Monday thru Wednesday via FedEx 2 Day Air service. If we receive your order after 9AM on Wednesday, we will not ship your brats until the following Monday. Special exceptions may be made around holidays. If your brats arrive partially frozen - you may place them in your freezer if you wish to keep them frozen. If they arrive defrosted, but still cold, DO NOT REFREEZE the brats. Keep them in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, no more, or cook them and freeze the cooked brats for later use.
