Great and easy way to fix a crack
About a week ago a rock hit my windshield on the freeway. I had a 10 inch crack. I decided to do some research and came across a guy who was using the YOOHE Car Windshield Repair Kit. I decided to give this a chance. I was very positively surprised. Not only were the instructions very easy to follow but the process was easy and quick. After 20 minutes, I could barely tell that I ever had a crack on my windshield. I can recommend this even for total beginners.

Useless because the printed instructions skip the most important step!
Well, I just used this kit to the letter according to the printed instructions & guess what? Turned out pretty bad. Chips are now MORE visible than they were before. Why? Because step 4 of the instructions on Amazon is SKIPPED in the printed instructions. The "equal pressure bar" is NEVER mentioned in the printed instructions. Pretty crucial, as this is what actually forces the resin into the crack. Not totally sure what to do at this point, maybe drill out this first attempt & try again? Also, the resin leaked all over the inside of the package before I opened it, as you can see on the instructions.

Did not work for me
To be fair, the crack was pretty long already, but I was hoping to get it to stop spreading. I had trouble getting the liquid to go into the crack thru the starting point. I also tried the method they show of dripping it into the crack and that did not work at all.I do think it has it uses and will work in certain situations, just did not help my windshield at all.

Fills Good, But Not Perfect
This product worked mostly well on my open-face chip on my windshield. It was easy to use and left an invisible fill-in. However, it wasn't the best at filling in the small cracks running from the central chip. Fixed the chip overall about 85%. Still good for price.

As good as commercial tool in fixing windshield cracks and chips
This kit is inexpensive yet works closest to professional equipment. I repaired a windshield crack (pictured) and 2 additional rock chips with this kit and it worked beautifully. I still have enough resin left to do many more repairs. See some YouTube videos to get familiar. See Repair a Cracked Windshield AT HOME! by sixtyfiveford or I Use this $10 Windshield Repair Kit to Fix Large Crack by KLEANTRIX. You will get a good feel on using this kit. I am very pleased with YOOHE Car Windshield Repair Kit. I used the plunger, not syringe, because I'm more familiar with it.

The goop didn't populate into the fissures...
Okay, man... If the goop don't go in, the job isn't going to get done, ya know what I mean? Even though I plunged and plunged, it wouldn't go in, is just sprayed out all over everywhere else. And, needless to say, the crack is still there... :-( Very sad indeed. Maybe I need a goop-infusion course? I read the instructions, I even shielded it from UV-rayz, but alas, still, no goop-penetration, I was very depressed when this happened and had to talk to my lawyer, I mean my therapist and get encouragement that I'm not that bad of a man.I recommend you practice on cars in a junk yard first to get the hang of it? You know??? Test em out first, before commiting it to your one and only baby, because now I have blobs of goop on the edges of the crack, so now it looks even worse than it did before I so unprofessionally goopified my windshield! I'm going to go have a beer... join me?

Almost as easy as having someone repair the chip for you
I usually have my insurance company fix chips/cracks in my windshields, as they typically do this at no cost in the hope of preventing the expense of replacing the windshield. However I have an older vehicle (Jeep) that I only carry liability insurance on, and recently I took a rock to the window. I decided that I had little to lose in trying to fix this on my own, so I ordered this kit. I'm not about to say that my repair is on par with a professional job, but it's not too bad and good enough that I don't think anyone would really notice it as a chip without looking really closely. It just sort of looks like I've got a bit of a bug stuck to the window... which I think is probably more due to this being my first attempt at using this. I would suspect if I do enough of these (which I hope I don't have to) that my results would be even better. I would recommend to others that you try this if your insurance company isn't covering the cost of a chip repair.

Worked great
Easy to use and follow instructions, came out good. Had a crack before and it spider worse, so wanted to fill this small one before that happened. It worked, is it perfect maybe not but will definitely get the job done. I uploaded photos, you can clearly see it went away a lot. The crack is now filled in and won’t spider now. Happy with the product worked great easy quick.
