Collector Car Price Guide 2015

I would rather look something up in a book as opposed to hopping online but it's good to use both. This is a great book to have because it's gives you a general idea of what somethings worth and it's good to take with you if you're on the road. When I got this book last year, the values that they had on newer vehicles (2007 and a few years older) were somewhat inline with the combined average prices at NADA and KBB but I use actual auction prices within X miles of my general area. I'll see what something has sold for, use the auction recommended value and so on. As to the older antique vehicles that this book listed, some prices seemed really high and some were really low so I would just go with the middle of the road values as a general guide and go from there. There are too many variables especially if the vehicle is not original but all in all, it's a good quick reference book to have around.

I use to use these guides to assist in my automotive appraisal business, however, upon reviewing a number of values on 6-7 vehicles it appeared to me that that the values had not changed from the 2014 guide, I also checked 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010 guides and was shocked to see that the majority of values stated hadn't changed in those years as well. So this publisher continues to publish outdated information that is totally worthless in the automotive price guide industry, easy money I guess when you only tweak a few numbers and reprint outdated information. This publication should be banned from amazon in order to protect future customers from being ripped off. I had pre-odered the 2016 price guide but cancelled that as well for obvious reasons.

i buy one for my husband every year. he restores and buys old cars and it is a great guide for pricing.

Probably should have save my money. Online information is more up to date and user friendly.

Sure covers a lot of cars and the price is right!

Expected to see more information. Comparing prices in this book to NADA and actual sale prices don't make this book accurate.
