Ace foldable brolly
Yes it's neither the shortest, slimmest or lightest, but I've tried all those and they're flimsy, short lasting with no decent overhead coverage. This is built to last, endure most winds, and fully cover from rain, and easier to carry in decent sized bag unlike full length umbrella.

Great umbrella
Why did you choose this product over others?:Best foldable about - carry it in my backpack

Should be called “The slightest breeze”
This umbrella is genuinely terrrible, it flips up on even the slightest breeze consistently. The only way to stop this it seems is to hold it level but that must be perfect or a draft will penetrate the vent.Under modest wind the other day it inverted and now will not close as something has bent. Rubbish product.

Sturdy great in bad weather
Good umbrella. So far no problems using it in the winds. Slightly heavier than my other umbrellas but I think this is because it is a sturdier construction.

Not windproof
Not windproof at all - I don't have confidence this will actually withstand winds as it blew inside out 4 times on my first use outside.

Great coverage, but the vents don't work...
Overall good product where it matters, but the anti-flipping vent holes are flawed.Reasonably small when folded, huge when opened up. Can probably fit three people under it comfortably. Lightweight. Fits in most backpack side water bottle pockets.Problem is with the main selling point of the flaps that are meant to allow gusts of wind coming up under the umbrella to flow through them to stop it from flipping inside out.The flaps overlap with each other so much that when wind comes up, it presses them against each other which just seals them both shut together so the wind can't actually escape, so it is basically like it is just one big piece with no vents.Given how big the canopy is, it ends up catching a lot of wind and tries to flip inside out more often than you would think. One of the plastic hinges broke when it flipped inside out during a windy day. Still works ok but looks a bit naff with one of the ribs wobbling around.Buy it for being a good generic umbrella, not for being immune to flipping inside out. I haven't found an umbrella so far that can make that claim.

Cannot withstand the smallest breeze
So frustrated with this product. Flips at even the smallest breeze. For the price I was expecting a great umbrella, yet I hate to use it as on even the shortest walks I find myself repeatedly stopping to re-flip it. The flaps are so tight to the main structure (a comment I've seen others say too) that they serve no function other than to allow the occasional drop of water to leak under the umbrella. When it's not inside-out it looks fine and is easy to carry. It also opens easily enough, but these minor positions pale to the negatives. Thankfully despite being repeatedly flipped it hasn't broke, but that's small comfort. Buy something else, not this. Such a waste of money.
