Is this for goats and what dosage?

Yes…. There is directions on how to drench a goat, I can’t remember off the top of my head but it does have directions for that

Can this go in a metal waterer?

Yes but you will need to really clean it thoroughly after each use. It will get "dirty" twice as fast bit it works well and is worth the extra work.

Can you use this for laying hens ? How much per gallon of water would you use ? Thanks

We used 3.8cc per gallon of water for a week at a time for our hares. Squared this through a local vet that specializes in animals other than dogs and cats. Rabbits, ferries, etc. can't say if the same formula would apply to chickens. Would this be to combat coxsideous?

Is this the same as di-method?

Did you mean di-methox? I'm no vet but di-methox is more for shipping fever, pneumonia, footrot and diptheria. Some use it off label for other things. Corid is basically for coccidiosis. I've used it for years for preventative measures and for treatment. It works great for my calves. It is spendy but worth it.
