Other reviewers have complained about things that didn't work on unpacking the product. In my case it was the controller that didn't work. We followed the instructions, but the drone would not start. At the back of the manual (which is very clearly written) there was a support email address so I tried it. They came back to me very quickly and asked me to film the behaviour I was seeing. I did this and sent the film. They immediately identified that the controller was fault and dispatched a new controller to me. This arrived in less than 48 hours and this time it worked perfectly. My son has enjoyed playing with it all evening. It is a bit noisy but the bright lights and features have been most engaging.It would have been nice if it worked first time, but these things happen and if the manufacturer sorts it out then stick with it because it is a very fun toy.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the 3rd mini drone I've have from the brand hasakee and it's brilliant! Packed with features, flys VERY easily and with the light features on this one it makes it even more fun.It's really an indoor drone but will fly outside when flat calm and again the lights make it fun at night.I've had mini drones from so called bigger manufacturers that were much more expensive and they were no way near as good!The fact it comes with 3 batteries and 2 chargers is fantastic, you can just keep swapping batteries and flying until your hearts content! On that note I've not timed how long a battery lasts but I'd say it's over 10 minutes flying time but not quite 15 minutes. Really good for this sized drone.My toddler loves watching it fly round and it really makes him smile whilst watching the lights.Hasakee have loads of tutorial videos out there and also the manual included is better than a lot out there!Spares are readily available if you need them and hasakee are very responsive to messages.Great work guys, keep the fun coming!!!!

I wish the remote was more user friendly for kids. Colour coded maybe - Green up - Yellow Left - Orange right and Blue down, something simple that kids can relate to. It’s going to take time to get use to and it’s quite delicate. It’s a Christmas present so will see how it goes

Bounces of the walls and is quite indestructible. Still takes skill to fly but the guard stops the drone getting damaged if it crashes.

This is brilliant for the price and size love the lights easy to understand love the tricks it does my only issue is the battery does not last long at all but it does come with extra batteries so u get a little longer I suppose

Good for the money

3 included batteries really handy for extended flying time. Two USB chargers to charge two batteries at the same time.Cage over the propellers mean that it doesn’t do damage when crashed indoors! Protects the propellers as-well. There are spare blades included!

Nice drone, easy to setup and run, holds altitude and can perform stunts in air.Safe to use for children( well honestly no airborne device is fully safe !) and extra batteries help to play for long time if all are charged.Given it is very windy in UK, it gets swayed away with the wind and has landed in unintended places( lol) otherwise control is decent but one needs to get used to it which can take some time, makes bit of loud noise. Good find for kids and good as a gift.
