SUPCASE for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Case (2020) with Stand, Black

I've been a SUPCASE fan for several years now and have purchased them for a handful of our devices at home and work. The Unicorn Beetle Pro case is very sturdy. It does pretty well at keeping a balance between protecting your device and a low enough profile that it doesn't seen too bulky for everyday carry. It also does well at protecting the phone when falling on any of its sides because it bounces just enough to absorb the shock. If the case falls flat, the edges are raised slightly so that the surface doesn't make contact with the glass (as long as it isn't a jagged surface). For a little more glass protection, I'm using this case with LK TPU film and the tempered glass piece for the camera. In case you're wondering, I've had no issues with the thumbprint reader using the film but the S-pen slightly drags and creates dents if you press too hard; it might take some a little getting used to. Due to the size of the Note 20 Ultra, I occasionally use the backstand like a pop socket to offset some of the weight. The kickstand itself is convenient and works well in landscape although I wish it was slightly wider because it feels a little unstable in portrait mode. To be clear though, if it's placed on something sturdy you have nothing to worry about but if you accidentally kick the table or whatever it's sitting on shakes a bit, your phone will topple over. Overall this is a durable and pretty well rounded option to keep your device a bit safer.

This is going to be my third case so far mostly because of me being careless not due to the case's durability. I never go out of my way to leave reviews but I just had to give this item props where props are due. I recently had a situation where I stopped at a gas station to put air in my tires. In the moment of racing the air pump's timer to get all of my tires I placed my phone on the roof of my car. Once I finished filling my tires in my carelessness I forgot completely about my phone and drove off. Apparently the grip on this case works fairly well as I was able to drive a good distance before I got on the ramp towards the interstate. On the ramp itself where I started to accelerate I noticed that the music stopped playing from my phones Bluetooth and suddenly realized I just sent my phone flying in some odd direction at about 40 mph. After hours of searching, I found my phone only to be amazed that the worst thing that happened to my phone was a small crack on the top corner of the screen and some scrapes on the phone itself. Still fully functional, no major cracks, and a missing stylus pen but that can be replaced. The case was completely destroyed near the top, half of the plastic frame nowhere to be seen but that is okay. I believe that any case that can protect your $1000+ phone at the cost of its own durability is a great quality and a job well done. The case itself is kind of bulky but slim enough to fit in any pocket. The case's kickstand is one heck of a fingernail remover, I would say this is one of my only issues with this product. The kickstand itself is fairly decent and can also be used as a ring holder, the angle at which the case stands vertically can sometimes feel too inclined but its fine. ==TLDR== Case break, phone no break. Save money, much happy. feels good, kickstand can destroy finger. bonus ring holder.

The SUPCASE is a very nice looking case and the most important thing that I want to say up-front; It did protect my phone from the three drops I experienced in the first month since purchase. So, well-done SUPCASE. But, it did crack the front frame of the phone on the very first drop (from the bathroom counter to the floor is about 3.5 feet). So, not what I would call "Military grade". Secondly, the stand on the back is near impossible to open without using something for leverage, like car keys, screwdriver, etc. So, nigh-useless for quick use of the stand (found myself foraging for something to open it with each time and ultimately end up damaging the red paint coating). 4 stars because it is a nice case, it protected my phone, but it did break pretty easy and early on (but hey, I was using Otter Box previously, one of the toughest on the market and it broke exactly the same way!) Can't really go wrong here for 1/2 the price of the competition).

I bought this case in 2021. It is still on my phone & has protected it wonderfully. Over the years ive dropped my phone many times and my phone doesn't have a scratch on it or a broken screen. Its still in brand new condition. The plastic of the case around the screen is cracked on 3 of the 4 corners but still holds my phone securely & protects it. Mind you i bought the case in 2021 & its now 2025 this is bound to happen over that time period. This is the best case I have ever had. Over the years its still holding up and still protecting!

Update: I've had this new case for 3 months. The little nubbins holding the stand on already broke off. Kinda disappointed. I feel like my phone is very protected. I have dropped my phone numerous times and this thing is a TROOPER. I've had this case for about 5 months. The only thing I dont like about it is the comfortability of holding the stand with my fingers. I use the stand ALL THE TIME! It's very rigid and uncomfortable to hold. It is a very nice stand for it intended purpose. I already broke one side of the little plastic things that hold the stand on. I will be buying a new one. One thing I didn't really realize is that I didn't get a belt clip with my case, not really a problem for me since I don't see myself using it but I didn't get one. Hopefully this time I will get one

First, let me at least complement their customer service. They did respond to my situation. I purchased the case based on their stated facts and advertisement. However, the case is not durable at all. I dropped my phone from less than 3 feet and the case cracked and cracked my screen at the same time. In the pictures below, you can clearly see where the crack starts on my phone and it lines up exactly with the crack on the case. Their customer service was responsive quickly but in my opinion, not a satisfactory resolution. Now, according to SUPCASE, their warranty covers just the case and the case alone. When I questioned the fact that they are advertising a military-grade case ,it can be dropped from 15 feet and your phone will be protected. I told them it was dropped from 3' and cracked the case, as well as my phone. I asked them it they will cover the Damage to my phone and they told me.. We can "offer you a replacement case" and that's it, as well as a refund for my purchase. So, they sell a defective case and I now have to buy a replacement screen for my phone. Really standing by your product there, folks. Stay away from them & find a better case manufacturer.

January 2021 Update: Not even two months after having the case and already the front cover cracked. I was so disappointed, because I really trusted this case was something secure. The sad thing is I didn't even drop the phone, and I didn't even hit any hard product. No what happened was that I removed the cover to see my phone's IMEI number and it cracked on removal. I wish there was a way to just re-purchase the front cover, but not finding any. I lowered the rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because of this. November 2020: I bought the purple one and 💜 it, plus the price is reasonable. Placing the phone didn't take me more than about a minute (included a video). There are three parts: a front cover, back cover, and a holster. Generally I like the case. It feels sterdy, strong, and is easy to hold. I did notice it has a light wobble on the upper right area though, although I think that is because the volume and power buttons are located there. The buttons work properly so it really doesn't bother me. The case helps add balance to the phone when set on a surface, minimizing the phone's huge camera bulge. The kickstand holds the phone up both vertically and horizontally. It can provide protection to the screen glass and camera lens, because it offers a little arch and spacing should I drop it. HOWEVER, the case does not include a built in screen protector, which it states, so I would suggest buying one just to be safe considering how expensive the phone is. I don't plan on trying a drop test, but I do believe my phone is safer today than before when it had nothing.

This case has done an excellent job at protecting my Note 20 5g from damage. Working in construction has been very hard on my phone with drops and other mishaps. The Unicorn Beetle pro has absolutely saved my cell phone from breaks and destruction many a time. That said, the case has sacrificed itself twice in falls or crushing events to save the phone. The inner hard protective shell has cracked on two of these SUP cases in service to protect and save the Note 20. When the last case broke due to my dropping my phone again, I emailed SUP and they immediately responded to my query about securing a new hard inner shell part of the case. Instead of a part, they sent an entire new case even though I was several weeks out of the one year warranty window. Kudos to SUP for standing so solidly behind their product. Thanks for the great product and the replacement case.

E' la seconda volta che acquisto questo prodotto per due modelli di smartphone differenti. Confermo l'ottima opinione fatta la prima volta. Il prodotto protegge al 100% lo smartphone sia da urti (io lo impiego durante diverse attività sportive) sia da ambienti polverosi (io lo uso durante l'hobby della falegnameria). Questa volta al nero classico ho optato per il verde metallizzato e lo reputo molto bello. Certamente per chi ama linee fini o eleganti o per chi è abituato a tenere lo smartphone nella tasca dei pantaloni non è proprio il prodotto adatto comunque nella tasca delle giacche non crea alcun problema.

I've only been using this case for a couple of weeks now but I really like it. Will it take a drop from 4 ft as advertised?... I don't know. But what it will do is protect the screen if you place your phone face down on your desk and the camera if face up. The kickstand is a neat feature and is very stable in landscape. It's OK in portrait, but not as stable... with my phone. How long the kickstand will remain functional, I can't say. I do like it and this coming from a guy who has used Otterboxes for years.

This case is not for everyone. It really adds weight to the phone. And definitely bulky. But besides all that, this case is excellent for drop protection and provides a good grip too. The quality is good, I got the green color and it’s nice. The case protects all the sides of the Note 20 Ultra (especially the back camera bump) The front part of the case has raised lips so the screen never touches when you lay it flat on a table.

Luckily I've not actually dropped my note 20 ultra yet, probably because I carry it around like a baby. If I had a baby, I'd rather drop that than this beast. The case is massive, but that's what I wanted - military grade drop protection. The good; 1. Strong 2. Large 3. Looks nice 4. Easy to fit 5. Doesn't affect performance (sound, fingerprint, etc) 6. (TPU) screen protector fits underneath it fine without any issues (although the instructions for the case DO request you remove the screen protector so I guess it depends on the brand, tempered glass may push the case out. 7. Top/bottom (front) of the case has a raised edge (about 3-4mm) to further protect the screen if the phone does happen to land face down. The iffy; 1. The rubber charging port cover can be fiddly to get out and hold back whilst trying to put the charge cable in - I've not got long finger nails so it's a bit faffy. 2. Getting to the S-Pen, because of the bulk of the case the S-Pen is now buried about 8-10mm below the case. Granted it's still open on one side so again - if you've got longer finger nails you are fine, if you've got them short then it takes a bit of work to grab it as you can effectively only pry it up with one finger.... Overall though, the case is excellent and does it's job - can't say I ever want to know for sure if it works but the material/design looks like it'll do about the best job it can when that grim day finally comes.
