Can't live without this Heavy to so you know your covered, but so cool its amazing and better then a sheet or duvet cover in summer I take mine abroad too, you'll thank me if you do too.

To be honest, I expected to try this blanket and return it. I could not believe it would live up to the hype. Since it was expensive, I expected a lot from it - and I was not disappointed. Firstly, it is a sheet - not a blanket. When you first inspect it - it does not promise a lot. But, WOW, when you actually use it - it does what it promises. I am a woman who (however hot the weather) likes to be covered with something in bed. As our temperatures rise in the UK, however, my thin duvet has been too hot. This looked to be a good option, and I am so glad I tried it, since it really does deliver. As soon as you use it (correct side against the skin of course) it really does turn cold. This must be magic! Others say it gets hotter during the night - but because I move around a lot in bed - I have not found this to be the case. One night when the weather was getting colder, I really felt quite chilly - but all I did was turn the sheet over - and it was perfect. I have a single bed - but I bought the double size - in case it moved around a lot. However, it actually stays put, even when you move around. I am really happy with this sheet. Yes, it is expensive .... but what price can you put on a cool bed and a good night's sleep?

The blanket is good quality, very comfortable and great for the warmer months. But not exactly for the reasons stated in the product details. The cooling effects of the material are greatly exaggerated in my opinion. It does not cool you down as it says. But as someone who likes to sleep with a cover on this is a great product as its very breathable and doesn't get you hotter when under it. But has just enough weight that its comforting. The size was good, but as its so light any movement in your sleep will cause it to wrap around you. The cost is on the higher side, but i would say its worth it.

Genuinely one of the best things I've ever bought. I've tested it out for a while before writing a review, to be sure it actually works. Well it actually works and I love it so much!! Due to health issues I always overheat, regardless of the weather I'm boiling hot 24/7. I have fans on all year round trying to cool myself down and it gets so bad at times that I feel like I'm being suffocated because of the heat. So when I heard about this blanket I was excited but also very skeptical. When it arrived my first thought was surely this won't be much use, as the material of the blanket is very thin, I was wrong. You have one side which is the warmer side and the other is the cooling side. Both sides do their job wonderfully, I tend to use the cooling side the most which really helps me. Not only does it actually cool you down, it just feels so nice on your skin. Then if you get a bit chilly, you flip it over and the other side warms you up, again while feeling lovely on your skin. Yes it's a bit pricey, but for me and how much I suffer with temperature dysregulation, I couldn't be without it and when I can save up, I'll be buying a couple more. What a brilliant clever invention, it really does help you to feel more comfortable at night when it's too hot to sleep. So yes it's expensive (for the large one) but it's still worth it and I highly recommend it. Especially good for menopausal women who suffer with the dreaded hot flushes, and also very effective for anyone that just has a higher temperature than most. I have this blanket wrapped around me all the time when I'm in bed or on the sofa watching TV. Aside from the cooling and warming effects of it, it just feels lovely, cosy and comfy, I thought initially with how thin the material was that it wouldn't be much good. Just goes to show, don't judge by appearances. Test it, try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised and amazed how incredible it actually is. I'm in love with it and can't wait to get more of them. Best blanket EVER!!

Ive had this for several years now. It does cool you down providing you have a fan on. I have noticed that the cooling side has bobbled after washes and if you have dry skin like on your fingers it snags at them. Its quite slippery also so im having to readjust at night. I prefer the cotton side as it feels softer and less snaggy on the skin as this side hasn't bobbled but its not as cooling. Regardless its a good blanket and feels cooler than a typical blanket so I sleep better. I would recommend but not at its current full price. Also definitely wash at low temp and do not tumble dry.

I struggle with overheating in bed, especially in the summer so bought this just before the current heatwave. It seems to have brought my overnight body temperature down to a perfectly manageable level with the result that I’ve slept fairly well despite the high nighttime temperatures I get in my top floor flat. For me definitely a worthwhile buy.

Where to even start! Don't fall for it it's not cooling, buy a fan instead. So it says put the cooling side to your skin, I've had this every which way possible and I don't believe there is a cooling side. When you first put it over you it's cold, but so is any form of blanket or sheet, it takes like 0.2 seconds to get to body temp and your sweating. It says move about or it won't cool you down ... you would have to be throwing yourself around like a toddler who doesn't want to be put in a car seat, what to be honest would probably just make you warmer! It says there's no odour, obviously these people are nose blind because it stinks! Like really stinks! Yeah you could wash it to get rid of the smell but it can't be tumble dried and has to be dried in the shade ... if there was shade I wouldn't need the blanket it would be cooler! Honestly same effect as sleeping under a flat sheet and you can pick one of those up for a couple of quid. I read reviews and saw people say it works it amazing blah blah blah ... it doesn't! Will I be returning it, probably not because I genuinely can't be bothered, I'm out £50 don't make the same mistake (unless you can be bothered with returns)

This is the weirdest thing. I dont tend to fall for the mumbo jumbo descriptions of a product but after an incredibly uncomfortable hot night, I was desperate and was completely floored that it actually does work and it does make a difference! It doesn't change the fact that its hot in the room (only air conditioning will change that!) but it does have a cooling effect on the skin and we're both able to sleep reasonably well as a result. It does tend to mould to the body though but I'm nitpicking here. Had it for about a year now and very happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

Erg fijn dekentje om tijdens de hete zomeravonden toch iets op je te hebben en dan ook nog iets dat je lichaam iets afkoelt. Het formaat vind ik ook erg fijn. Ik heb inmiddels deze ook gewassen (30 graden). Het drogen deed ik niet in de droger maar met ophangen. Dit dekentje was erg snel droog en zelfs extra cool na het wassen.

I was skeptical of what this blanket claims it could do. I need a cool room for sleeping, but have no air conditioning. Fans are not enough for me on the hottest days. Nevertheless, I gave this blanket a try. I am giving it 5 stars, which I rarely do. To be clear, it does not replace air-conditioning, and on the hottest days, you will also need a fan. But it makes a very meaningful difference in your body temperature while sleeping, making it easier to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I just ordered a second one, it is definitely worth the money spent.

Ottima, con questa coperta la pelle traspira e non si suda durante la notte. L'ho messa sopra il lenzuolo che sta sotto con il lato più fresco (quello più lucido rivolto verso l'alto).
