Technical Knowledge for Service Advisors

I like this book. It really provides the basic information which helps me familiarize myself with services provided. I recommend this book.

Some of the most basic, basic nonsense.

I like what this book could be. Half of the pictures are blurry and some of the descriptions of parts in the pictures are in Spanish. Had all pictures been clear and the entire book be in one language, I would have given this a 5.If someone sends me an updated copy with these issues corrected, I will happily change my rating. As well as my boss said they will order these books for our employees.
