Astonishing. Good solid metal product, packed in a well padded box. I'm a high school teacher and I purchased this teleprompter to record video lessons needed for teaching. It helped me a lot.

Great device with only a couple of concerns. The first is certainly understandable.1- The rig is made mostly of metal (and that's good) so make sure you have a suitable Tripod.2 - The picture submitted shows the only piece made of plastic. Unfortunately it's a critical part that should be made of better stuff. It's flimsy, and because it's purpose is to hold your camera it should be better. Every thing else so far is great but time will tell how well it holds up.I plan on putting it through it's paces in a few day the I'll give a more indepth review. For now I'm mostly satisfied with the build quality.Update: I received from (Glorybull) the vendor a replacement part made from aluminum (ship quickly) I'm very impressed that my review was read and addressed. Fantastic!! I'm currently using the teleprompter and all my concerns have been addressed. The replacement part made from aluminum has greatly improved its functionality as far as I'm concerned. This is a great item and the price is more than reasonable. I've noted the Amazon site states the item is no longer carried (enter sad face here) I cincerly hope that changes in the future I recommendif you'rein the market this teleprompter should be considered. This vendor has high marks for a reason, "great products and customer service".Thank you much.

The camera riser is made from plastic and won’t properly support a DSLR without sagging this should be made of metal. I saw a previous review where the manufacturer sent a metal version. I hope I get the same help!

I first purchased a NEEWER Teleprompter and found it not to the quality I wanted so I returned it. I then purchased the 16" ILOKNZI Teleprompter and found it well made and easy to set up. The app is very simple which is fine for my needs. I create my text documents in Word or Pages (Mac) and export it into the app as a TXT document. The app mirrors the text and makes it ready to previewing. The remote is simple and easy to use. It pared with my iPhone super quick. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm so disappointed. I thought I would be testing this now, but instead, I'm writing a negative review and packing it up to send it back to Amazon. There is nothing right about it.The structure is flimsy. Your tablet will fall if you're not very careful. THer eis a thin, flexible piece of foam provided to add support. The hood does not seal well.The company provides a remote that only works on the ILOKNZI app called S-Teleprompter. You must look this up on Google Play before buying this teleprompter. I've never read such terrible reviews, but they are true. The software is Landscape only and no instructions. The disclaimer is in Chinese with no translation. It's useless.The best word to describe this is loosy-goosy.

I just received my teleprompter and promptly set it up. The glass was intact. I know some people said theirs broke during shipment. It was packaged very well in the carrying case, but I will say that Amazon could have put some air bags in the larger box that the case came in. I can see it bouncing around and breaking on a long journey.Initial Assessment:Build quality seems solid. Easy to setup, Feels safe for my Blackmagic Production 4K camera to be attached to, as well as my 12.9" iPad Pro. The beam splitter glass is HUGE. I mean, this thing is massive. Feels very professional broadcast style. My initial test it worked perfectly in bright daylight. I even pointed the camera toward the sunshine coming through the window to see if it would cause the letters to dim, it did not.This just goes to show that quality products don't need to be expensive.

I have had a few teleprompters through the years and this one is by far the best one. Great construction, this thing is solid. I actually bought two of them, one for my studio and one for my office where I shoot a lot of videos. The one thing that kinda sucks is that the remote/app, does not allow you to go back a little bit. Once you try to do that it goes all the way to the beginning of the script. This is NO BUENO folks...fix that in the app please. Also the remote is very cheaply made. I had another one that I paired and it works great, so yes the app can work with any remote that uses blue tooth. So again my only complaint is the fact that the app does not allow you to reverse the script but over all...this baby rocks.

This is a heavier object and so your tripod needs to be stronger than the average. The angle adjust for the screen is extremely tricky because you have to remove the end caps, and then have a very large hex tool (larger than standard sizes) to reset your angle. Zero instructions for this and the bolt screws seem "impossible" to turn.

The product is simple and neatly packaged, however if you attach a camera with a heavy lens, the camera will tilt forwards. I had to prop it up with batteries under the lens. Including a plate with an adjustable lens support would have been great. Also, there's no way to ensure the camera is straight on, other than eye-balling it.

The media could not be loaded.  I modified it by adding a taller phone mount and using a black pillow case.The quality is surprisingly amazing - it is heavy so I suggest using a stable tripod. Mine is medium stability and it could use more stability because it can become front heavy depending on how big of screen you use (I used a 10th generation iPad, over 10”). Would love if this was adapted for a phone but now that I put in the work - I’m good to go!
