Screen was stuck and didn't work in some areas right out of the box.

We received this as a Christmas gift and it's kind of a piece of junk. I believe it was purchased at a discount store (Big lots) and it's about what you would expect from there. It's clear all over so it does really glow when you turn it on and ours came with batteries. The drawings don't come me out very bold and the screen feels very thin. Also many parts of the screen seem damaged and don't "erase" when you push the button. The screen part is basically two pieces of plastic sandwiched together that make a mark when you apply pressure. The "erase" button just prys them apart. Our 2 year old is amused by the glow and is enjoying scribbling on this thing, but if you spend more than 5 bucks on this you'll be sorely disappointed. It also came with cards to trace that go in the back but they are just cheap cardboard and are very difficult to get in and out. If the screen didn't look so rough out of the box I would go 3 stars, it's a cool concept and I think my little one will be less critical than me on quality. After playing around with it for the pictures I would say it might be worth $10, lol!

The one my granddaughter received for her birthday doesn't work at all. The batteries light it up but it doesn't sketch. It's just plastic junk.

If I could give a zero I would. Doesnt work period.
