Excellent socks. They do not bind or leave impressions on your feet if you have trouble, as I do, with swelling. I have a problem with feeling on the bottom of my feet. The smallest extra piece of material makes me feel like I was walking on rocks, I do not have a problem with these socks. Also they hold up well after washing.

Comfort
Finally I found socks that do not squeeze my ankles and also do not slide into my shoes. These are very comfortable, soft, and non-irritating on my feet. I do give it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the Blue Brand name written across the toes. I know it's very "tacky," but occasionally I need to wear socks with my sandals because of tendon problems causing irritation on my toes. I don't want to draw any extra attention to my feet with the big blue brand name.

Great for people with circulation problems too.
These socks are comfortable and amazing. I am NOT a diabetic, but I have circulation problems.Normal socks leave red painful rings around my ankle that hurt. It also makes my legs swell. Not so with these Medi-Ped socks. There are other brands out there, but these work best for me.I still haven't figured out, what they do to the sock that makes it different from regular variety socks?Edit: 10/18/2020I'm still loving my Medipeds. I tried going cheap with another brand, advertised as diabetic socks. (They were not purchased on Amazon for the record.) They were scratchy, and to be honest seemed like regular socks.I'm never straying from Medipeds again. As mentioned above. I'm not diabetic, but have circulatory problems. These socks are perfect.

XLNT for my*sensitive feet. *using after Foot Surgery. *highly sensitive skin/feet.
PROS: Buy what you need, these are wonderful for the feet.I've been wearing these exact socks for many years now. Just purchased multiple pkgs to replace much older Medipeds w/CoolMax Socks.Had toes/foot surgeries 3 mo. ago-Medipeds CoolMax does Not cause any pressing down/pressure over toes, heels nor entre foot. Thank goodness, I Knew I could rely on them to help my foot heal comfortably. Not tight nor binding.Everything is perfect, socks are soft on the sole - not heavily padded but perfect. They are a slim looking/feeling sock, not bulky at all - nothing to rub against nor irritate the skin/foot.You can use these with any shoes. Great for spring/summer warm weather.CONS:None really - other than the funnel top-anklet upper area seems a bit short. I DO know that over time, it Will stretch upwards, so it sits higher above the ankle - that's caused by long term use, washing.( FYI. About another Brand: I've tried Orthofeet Brand of Diabetic socks - the same as these, their sock pairs run Huge on Lg size & Much too small/tight on the Med size! The heel of the Orthofeet socks ends up Over the Top of my foot after walking! ).

These socks are not comfortable on feet
The ankle on these socks is fine- They stay up and do not bind my ankles at all, however the foot part of these socks is awful. I bought them to wear in sneakers when I go walking. They have no cushioning and just feel baggy on my feet (yes I ordered the right size). They move around while I walk which is very uncomfortable- I was hoping they'd shrink when I washed them but nope, exactly the same size. So a waste of money and the search goes on....

Excellent but this style seems to run small
As with other merciless socks, I found the cuffs very comfortable and the cotton blend very soft. However I have one problem...the socks ride down and feel awkward. I believe the size ...large...runs a bit small. I will continue to buy this brand because it is the best if all the diabetic socks off have found.

They changed the product
I was buying this brand in the drugstore, advertised as diabetic socks. I have wide feet and they were great but the store didn't have them anymore I saw the same thing on amazon, advertised the same, but they don't fit the same at all. They are not as wide and I'm glad I got a bigger size because my normal shoe size would have been too small. They are nice socks but disappointed that they don't fit like the ones in the store that were exactly the same brand.

Way larger than expected.
First they got lost so I had a choice to refund or reorder. I choose to reorder so they came. To say these socks run large is an understatement. I’m a 6 wmns. These socks are a very stretchy 9 at least. I didn’t even open them. They are resale ready. But when I went to request a refund on the reorder, it said my refund is $0.

Fantastic Socks
I've been wearing diabetic socks for years, it's hard to find ones that don't leave a mark on your leg because they're too tight but still stay in place & not bunch up around your ankles. Well these socks are fantastic, I will be ordering more!I ordered these again for a friend & she loved them, they were exactly like what I had received before , I ordered again for myself but this time they were much shorter, I wore them thinking they would be okay for the summer but they are very tight around the legs & leave a red mark, I won't be ordering again!!

Uncomfortable
These would probably have been comfortable had the writing been on the top of the foot as it is in the picture. Mine came with the writing on the bottom & it's like an annoying seam you can't ever adjust.
