I call this "ZITS BE GONE"! And literally, overnight.I've been using this product for 25+ years. My mother is 75 and STILL uses it! (If she ever has zits, I certainly don't see any! Perhaps this product is why).I recently had a coworker who is a decade older than me complain about "cold sores" on her face when she gets stressed out. She said absolutely nothing worked for her! I told her I had an extra Persa Gel on hand and she was welcome to use it. Well, guess what? Her cold sores dried up and now she's a fan!I have very sensitive skin. This does not inflame or irritate it whatsoever. When the gel goes on it is white in color. It dries very quickly so you can sleep on it (that's what I do). In the morning just do my basic cold water rinse (sensitive skin, remember) and either the zit has completely vanished or dried up completely. If there is any still inflammation left (for those awful under the skin ones) it has brought the appearance down to such a size it's no longer noticeable.I recommend this to anyone and everyone who still struggles with their skin, regardless of age.I recently re-bought the 4 pack. To give you an idea it is March 2025. The expiration date on all boxes isn't until September 2026. It will all be used by then (if not beforehand), no doubt!

I don't usually write reviews even if I really like a product but wow this really works! I've used a lot of different products for spot correcting, usually sulfur based and I never see a big difference. With this one, I use it whenever I see new zits developing and old ones. For newer ones, they're noticeably shrunk and stunted from growing larger. For old, they really dry them up and make them heal faster and not swell. My process is oil cleanse > foam cleanse > toner > BHA serum > Niacinamide dark spot serum (on unblemished part of skin) > this spot corrector on zits > moisturizer (on unblemished part of skin). As long as I keep the zits clean and dry I can see them diminish pretty quickly than just my normal skin care routine.

I've been using it on and off to prevent and control breakouts for years. I thought I was done with acne but I guess as one ages, hormones change again and it can come back. Yay! I feel like a teenager again!This gel is smooth and apples well. No scent accept for the faint bleachy scent of benzoyl peroxide (BP). 10% benzoyl peroxide is pretty strong. If you use 10% BP facewash and think this will be the same. It's not. The facewash doesn't stay on your skin. This does. It can be very drying and irritating at first.For the uninitiated, work your way up. Either by putting on top of your moisturizer to start or only on small patches. Test it's strength before applying it all over. Or try a lower concentration like 2-3%. Neutrogena makes a great one.NOTE: Most BP will bleach clothes, sheets, towels fabrics. I recommended using dedicated linens while you're using BP. For instance, I use this on my face and body. I have only white sheets on my bed. I wear a big white t-shirt to bed. I only use white or old towels I don't mind ruining.
