I love this product. However, Amazon does an EXTREMELY POOR job of packing this product for home delivery. Recently I ordered two containers. The package arrived and ONE of the containers had a broken nozzle. Amazon Customer Service kindly reimbursed me for the broken container. Subsequently, I ordered another container to replace the one with the broken nozzle. Today the replacement arrived - the nozzle was intact (thank goodness), but NO LID! Unbelievable! I will use the lid from the broken nozzle container - but REALLY!!!! Excellent Product but very poor Amazon packing.

It's smooth mousse. Not sticky. Easy to style your hair.

As I first removed the cap to use the product the spray nozzle came off too. I tried to put it back on and the spray went all over my arm. When I tried to return it I was informed that it was non-returnable even though it was defective. I have used Purology shampoos and conditioners for years and have loved them. I called Amazon, explained the situation and they refunded this product for me. Great customer service!!

I like the product but like many others the spray nozzle needs redesigned.. breaks off easily and your left trying to clumsily use the rest of the root lift..not worth the trouble, happened last 2 times I purchased

This mousse is very lightweight and luxurious for my color treated hair, I like that it is 100% vegan and does what it says, imparts shine and fullness, a little goes a long way

The nozzle boke off in my hands when pressing to distribute some in palm of my hand. I have to hold the nozzle on, I can not replace it. It makes a mess and won't stay on. I am very unhappy with the can itself. Product is great but I waist more than I use.

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend this product for anyone with thick, coarse hair. It adds a beautiful wave and leaves the hair feeling soft and manageable.
