Good service but something could be better
Very good. Bought this laptop for my son. Excellent service but can't seem to download any apps. Can't find the google play store but when my son goes to the play store website, it says use the one on the device.Thank you

Take care over operating system updates
I didn’t realise but chrome books have a limited lifespan in terms of google releasing updates for their OS. To find out what that lifespan is you need to identify the specific model of chrome book and its manufacturer and search online to see when the end date of update support will come. The chrome book will still work after this date but apparently they can be more vulnerable to security threats. This was not made clear before I bought. When I tried to use a particular feature and couldn’t, I searched online and discovered this. Searching further, I realised that my model of chrome book had already passed its end of update lifespan. No more software updates for me!I am really unhappy about this.

Very speedy delivery' urgently needed for homeschooling. Perfect for the job Easy to set up with your google account. You can also use Microsoft along as you have an account. So perfect for both my children' with one needing Google classroom and the other needing Microsoft teams The battery is fast to charge and you get over a days use.
