Zero stars if I could. This product is not effective and I would avoid at all costs.The adhesive caused and allergic reaction that covered my abdomen. This left me in lots of pain for several days while recovering. The photograph was taken a few days after the inital event.Also, the adhesive is very strong and bonds to the skin. It is very difficult to remove the patches once they are on. The reaction and a the stong adhesives caused my skin to tear and blister.I would avoid this product at all costs. Not recommended at all.

Three had to be thrown out as they stuck together while trying to remove the backing!! Watse of money!!

I read reviews after I bought these and found that some people got skin rashes, so I didnt use them, so I cannot review, I'm sure they work for some people...
