This equipment has been a miracle for us. My daughter has autism and has very waxy ears. She gets so deaf with the wax and ends up very traumatised by this. All she gets is ear drops from the doctors which never work for her. They won’t syringe her ears because she has mega anxiety and screams with fear when you go near her ears. I was at my wits end at what to do and found this item which I am now calling my daughters saviour. So far we have removed loads of wax and she is amazing she didn’t like it at first but has soon got used to it because she knows it’s helping her. I have not had her screaming through the night with feeling deaf. We use it every two days and what a difference. Well worth every penny for me and my daughter nice and compact and not invasive at all. She loves looking at the gross pictures of the wax it helps her understand what is causing her to feel miserable. I wish I had bought this years ago. My daughter gives it 10/10 and is well impressed by this simple product.

I’ve been able to connect using Wi-Fi maybe a couple times. Now it just doesn’t work. It’s ok when connecting to the laptop using the wires but sometimes I just want to use my phone instead. Anyway, you’re better off spending a bit more on a better quality one.

Excellent value for money. I didn't need to sign up to the app. I just plugged the camera and its first connection cable straight into my Mac and viewed the image through Photo booth. Couldn't believe the excellent picture quality (though I had to practise moving the camera - almost as if by moving the camera left, the image goes right!) Can take photo but comes out vague & fuzzy. Used it with a basic earn syringe kit to clean my ears and worked brilliantly. Recommended.

I took a risk buying this as I wanted to use it on a computer without having to mess about with wifi or dodgy chinese mobile apps. I'm happy to report that you can throw away the chunky wifi unit and just plug the camera straight into your PC/mac's USB port and it'll be recognised as a bog standard USB camera. No drivers, no software, no fuss.Image quality wise, it's about on par with what I'd expect for the money. It's no iphone camera, but it's not complete potato either. Focal length is fixed about 15mm which means you might struggle for focus in some situations.The included plastic attachments are terrible quality and will likely cut you to shreds if you try to use them. They're really sharp in places! The metal attachment makes a lot more sense.It can get unpleasantly warm at high brightness settings. There's a rotary control on the cable to adjust this though.

This product does take a picture, but it is not the high quality that is shown in the product page. it was in fact as bad if not inferior to the example of the none HD cameras it claims to beat. i returned this for a a refund straight away.

Worked ok for the first few months. Challenging to get it to work and now does not work with either device I have using the wifi box or directly with USB. Cannot find app that will work with it including flyscope.

The scooe works well but you will struggle to clear your eardrum, as the longest tool hurts so much once you get inside the canal, that said I had an ear infection at the time so my ears were inflamed and sensitive. I use mine on my PC and the scope works with most camera softwear, so there is no need for dodgy 3rd party unverified apps. The smaller size works very well compared to my old 5mm scope too.

Easy to set up and successfully used to remove wax obstructing someones ear canal. Decent quality pictures. Gets a bit warm with long use. You get a bigger field of view than with an otoscope plus the ability to use tools. The plastic tools feel risky for breaking so i used the metal one. I also feel there is a small risk of the tools coming off in the ear. Good product in the right hands. Dangerous in inexperienced hands.
