Some pouches on the inside of the largest compartment, a separate place for your tablet/folders on the backside and to be slightly wider & shorter would make this the perfect bag. It works well for a home health nursing bag.

I am a nurse as well as a nursing student and this bag holds everything I could possibly ever need for a 12+hr shift as well as all of my school stuff WITH plenty of room to spare!!It hold my 15” MacBook, my 12.5” iPad Pro, a binder, notebook, thick daily planner, 2 pen organizers (one full of nurse goodies: scissors thermometer, sanitizer, etc), and everything you'd ever need in the front pockets! Oh, and SNACKS! Lots of room for snacks!Needless to say, when full like this, the bag is VERY HEAVY and I have still yet to see any seems stretching or ripping in slightest! The bottom is reinforced and sturdy as well as the shoulder strap!I have tried many bags and backpacks in the past and they were all either too small, not enough pockets/organization, or just too bulky and I ended up looking like I was moving into the place because of all the bags I needed to carry (lol!).This bag gives a new meaning to the never ending “Marry Poppins” bag! it’s a little pricier than other bags (but not by much) and 100% worth it!! Do yourself a Favor and get this bag!!Worst case, If it doesn’t work out, you can just return it.Until then, just buy the bag and Thank me later!😉😎

This is the perfect bag and believe me I know I returned 4-5 before I found this one. It's the perfect size and love all the pockets. Multiple compliments and I shared where to get and what brand. Compared to some of the others this was a steal in regard to priceLove it!!

This was a very nice sturdy bag, I purchased 3 years ago, I was about to buy another, but with the price jumping up another 27.00 from when I first bought it at thirty dollars. will have to look elsewhere.

I love this bag. It fits everything I need for a shift, including a decent size lunchbox and water bottle. Now I can have everything on one place, instead of struggling with multiple things at once. Has just enough pockets and zippers and it looks great too. Highly recommend.

I bought this nursing bag in anticipation of my husband’s kidney transplant. I needed something to accommodate all my nursing equipment in one, light weight but sturdy, easily accessible tote.This tote is exactly what I had envisioned. It’s roomy enough for all standard bedside equipment, plus notebooks, pens or iPad, tablet or small laptop. There’s plenty of room for personal items as well if you prefer to carry only this and not a handbag as well. It’s a comfortable size for a “oversized handbag” so it would blend in nicely if you decided to carry only one bag. I haven’t used this item. But as we all have a tendency to push tote bags to their maximum capacity you have to think about the additional stress you’re placing on the seams and especially the handles. It’s made very well but it is a padded nylon cloth fabric not reinforced leather. You have to remember this if you have a tendency, like many people in a hurry to leave work, to overload your tote bags constantly and wonder why the handles are fraying and seams are pulling apart. For the price and the size it’s a perfect work tote if utilized properly.

This is the perfect bag for nurses. I’m a nurse practitioner and it holds all my essentials needed to do my job including my computer. It has multiple compartments for everything. It’s pretty and made of material that is durable and hard to get dirty. If you do happen to spill something, it wipes clean easily. Love it! You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Thought it was smaller was going to use like a purse. But more like a overnight bag
