Product-wise, I feel that this waterproof roll bag is on par with many of the others that are offered here on Amazon. It rolls well, keeps things dry, and even comes with a small pouch for your phone! The logo is a bit "in your face" but i don't mind it since the brand sounds adventurous enough for me. As the title says, the most outstanding feature is their customer service. I did not reach out to them but rather their follow-up messages, both on the sheet of paper that was given to me with the product and the email that they sent, were funny and put a smile on my face! Used this bag during our trip to Puerto Rico. Took it with us on the beach as we went snorkeling. The others who were with us on the boat had to carry their bags on top of their heads to keep their items from getting wet but we just dived into the water with our bag.We bought the large one and We can easily put our cameras and phone and an external battery, Change of clothes and 2 large towels, 2 watershoes inside. All of our items were dry inside the bag. We got the orange one so I can see the bag from afar. We just left the bag on the beach as we swam on the water. I like it that the bag doesn't topple down and sits on its own if you pack it good.Quality of the bag is good but don't take my word for it because I just used it once and I only had it for a week. But if it breaks on me I would buy it again.

I am very pleased with this dry bag. I use it for casual kayaking, and it has always kept the contents dry. I like to leave a little bit of air in the bag, as this creates buoyancy in case the bag falls out of the kayak.The bag is made of a heavy vinyl type material with more than adequate seams. With normal use the bag should last a while.

I received a Black bag !?!?

I went with a couple buddies of mine and floated down a river on inner tubes. It was our first time and we were wondering how to keep things dry, such as our towels, suntan lotion, wallets, etc. I found this bag for an amazing price and decided to give it a shot.It is a good sized bag that kept all of our stuff dry. In addition, the cell phone bag proved to be quite the trick! I was actually able to use my Note 8 as an action camera! Although the phone claims to be waterproof, I was nervous. It fit easily into the cell phone bag and I was even able to use it as a camera underwater.Amazing value. Highly recommend!

Proved very useful on my trip to Hawaii. Took it kayaking and kept all our electronics, keys and towels in the bag. I'd say the 20L bag is big enough for two large towels max, and maybe a change of light clothing. You do lose some storage space because you have to roll the top to get a good enough seal to prevent any leaking. I rolled the top around 3 times when I was using the bag. I never capsized while kayaking, so I cannot say whether the bag will keep everything dry if submerged, but I feel it'll prevent any major leaking if submerged briefly.A safeguard against damage to any electronics in the bag, in case of submersion, which I often do, is to put phones and keys in a heavy duty Ziplock bag as secondary protection.

Perfect size! I was happy to get this product quickly. Just in time to use on a half day scuba boat trip. It held my towel, extra clothes and small jacket. Also my sunglasses and dive chart. I didn’t test it for waterproofing but it kept all my things dry and safe on board a busy boat. I used the phone case to take pics from the boat (didn’t take it in the water). I was able to use the touch screen without any problems! Great bag. Looks like it will hold up well. Nice carrying strap. I would buy another if needed and certainly would feel confident in buying it as a gift!
