Great tester, easy to use
Bought this for testing communications batteries. Great little multimeter. Highly recommend.

Reasonably-Priced Multimeter
This multimeter does all of the typical electrical jobs you'd need to do from time to time around the house. The best part is the decent price. I don't need it very often, but it comes in crazy-handy when I do. Last week I needed it to troubleshoot a light fixture. I accidentally placed the meter in the milliamp (yellow) position and fried it. I should have known better but like I said I don't use it much and am not as familiar with it as I should be. Anyhow, my point is that it was much better to fry this $40 meter than to fry a Fluke meter that costs hundreds of dollars. I re-ordered the same meter to replace the one I broke. This meter also comes with a nice carry case, and an instruction booklet (if you're into that sort of thing). :)

Great small little meter
Just received it and it didn't work...or so I thought....I discovered that the battery was not installed. I found the battery in the carrying case that comes with it. That was a little annoying, but otherwise it works well.

Worst multimeter ever
I purchased this, looking for a small multimeter that I could stick in my toolbag for doing basic electrical testing. All I wanted was basic functions, voltage readings, etc. It never, ever, ever worked correctly.Measuring voltage at an outlet would give me 10 volts one minute, 150 volts the next.I returned the first one, thinking maybe I had just gotten a bad unit. The second unit acted exactly the same way.The only positive feature was that it came with a nice little zippered case which kept it clean, and prevented the leads from getting tangled around my other tools. My advice to you would be to keep the case, and throw the tool.

Great Pocket Meters!!
Some of the best pocket meters around, this is the same ones Radio Shack had. Novice to expert I would say they are great!

Simple and easy to use...
Not very accurate but it's small size and simple operation makes it nice to have in a pinch. Probably ideal for general automotive or household applications as long as you don't need high resolution. For that you'll have to upgrade to a big-boy model. The probes are fixed and not removable. At first this was kind of a bummer, but in retrospect, it's not a bad thing given this models intended audience and applications. This model comes with a stretchy nylon case which can hold the probes DMM with no problem.

An old friend that works beautifully.
My last Mini was stole a few weeks ago aling with my tool pouch. This mini fits nicely in the pouch and has proven its worth over the years i had the previous one.

Excellent slim pocket sized DMM
I did a lot of research into pocket sized meters before finally deciding on this one and I am very pleased with it.Unlike a lot of slim DMMs, it has a decent rotary switch, which feels positive and has a raised handle, which is much easier to use than the usual flat type. Of course being autoranging you don't need to turn it that much. Nice clear LCD and the readings, although perhaps not quite as accurate as a large Fluke model are certainly good enough for most jobs. The autoranging works well and is quite fast although I noticed that the Ohms reading takes a few seconds to settle. I also like the good quality zipped carry case, with a belt loop and the removable rubber surround, which also covers the back of the unit.My only slight criticism would be that the continuity beep isn't very loud., but overall it does feels like a well made product.Included accessories are the carry case, an instruction leaflet in English and a mini CD with the instructions in PDF format in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.
