I use my water pack for all of my fitness activities such as hiking, walking & biking. I love the size, fit & convenience. It's easy to utilize on the go, as I'm biking. It's easier when walking or hiking for ease of use. Straps are comfortable & adjustments are a whiz. The first sip is usually tepid but then it's always cold, which was unexpected but amazing in the hot, humid summer weather in Florida! It's tepid due to water left in the nozzle. It's easy open & close. The mouth on the pack is VERY large & you can even add ice if you wish, which I have at times! It has never leaked, tore or not performed as it's intended use. Others have said "you get what you pay for". IDU this reasoning, as some things that are exorbitantly priced doesn't automatically equate with quality. In this instance, I don't feel the need to spend outrageous money for an item that may or not function as well as this one, for it's price point. And I got it on sale! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & can't say enough positive praise for the item. I've put it through some tough trails & it's held up VERY well! Still looks brand spanking!

I purchased 3 of these for a music festival where I could only bring in hydration packs that don't have storage pockets. These worked out great for us - they hold plenty of water, are easy to drink from and the chest strap is helpful to even out the weight. I didn't put a rate on the 'flavor' because they come empty.

I found it hard to keep it from leaking from the fill opening, but I really like the Backpack.

Great for bike rides or when I go hiking

I ordered this hydration backpack on February 5. I've used it 4 times. When I used it on April 11 I noticed my back getting wet. After inspecting there is a tiny hole in the water bladder. I would've expected the bladder to last longer than that. The return window was around 35 days so now I'm left with a backpack, but no hydration bladder. I really wish it didn't leak because this was a perfect item for my needs. I can't recommend it based on how quickly it became unusable. If not for that issue which may not be common it would've received a much more favorable review. It's a shame because the backpack is very well made but I would look elsewhere for the bladder component.

First of all this is a $17 hydropack! It is cheaply made. It's functional but only just. The bladder is the worst part. Small opening hard to fill and clean. Cap wants to go on cross threaded. The carrier is made only for the bladder that comes in it. To fit a better bladder you must cut the opening bigger. Spend another $20 for a much better and more versatile product, or buy a cheap used GI carrier and buy by a nicer bladder to go in it.

I normally drink a lot of water anyway. But when I'm outside it's so convenient. I even use it when doing yard work like mowing the lawn. I don't have to stop what I'm doing just to get a drink of warm water from a bottle that's been sitting in the sun. The mouth piece is right there with fresh cool water. Money well spent.

Overall the product has great design and size. However, I received it with a torn velcro insert in the back. How do I request for a replacement pack?
