The product arrived in the timeframe indicated. It was carefully bubble wrapped, placed in a padded envelope and in perfect condition. I had a sizing issue with one of the letters (may have been my personal opinion); however, they took care of me, no questions asked. Letters turned out exactly how I imagined. Customer service was great. I ordered two different sizes not realizing one was mdf and the other wasnt from them an they called me to correct it making all the letters outta the same material.

Very high quality product that is excellent for crafting. We used the letters for the AMERICA in this sign. It took a few coats of paint for good coverage but we were very pleased with the result

My particular application I needed to glue two of each letters together. This required that they would have to match exactly and indeed they did.The font I picked was very attractive and exactly as advertised
