I bought one of these for the tailgate of my F250 and it works great. So I bought one for my 6 x 10 enclosed trailer and it works great as well. Having a backup light on the trailer is great and well worth the wiring effort to make it work.So now I have bought 2 more, 1 for my 40' 5th wheel and 1 for my 18' flat bed. I'll have to run the purple wire from the center pin of the connector to the rear of the trailer but it will be well worth the effort.

Worked good for a while but first the right turn signal stopped working then both.

It was easy to install but the turn signals do not work on mine. I check the connections and have power. But the turn signals do not work ING the light. It's got a bad connection inside the light. But got in thought with company, great service and replaced with no issues and gave recommendations for install. New one works great.

The tailgate light is everything advertised, bright, sequential turn etc, I purchased a wiring harness separately which made the installation much easier. The adhesive on the 2 sided tape had to be tacked and I happened to have an activator to get it to work properlyOverall very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend

The light strip looks nice but the functionality is horrible. First of all, the right turn and left turn signals are reversed if you install it the way they show you. You turn on the right it will blink the left, you turn on the left it will blink the right. Also you can't use the brake and the turn at the same time. If you have your turn signal on and press the brakes it won't turn on the red strip, it just turns on the other half of the amber strip. If you have the brakes on and turn the signal it won't blink. I didn't even bother installing it, I tested it with the vehicle harness first before wasting time splicing it in.The instructions are very poorly translated and hard to figure out if you're not familiar with these lights or installing them.Don't waste your time or money with this thing, I wouldn't buy it if it was $1!

how do i return this defective item that has a 2 year warranty

Installed their 60" tailgate bar on a customer's truck. Unfortunately, a few LED chips went out. But after one email, a replacement was sent straight to me. I understand that parts fail. It's quality customer service like this that makes the difference. If only Amazon would make it easier to contact them. 1 star review for Amazon.com, 5 star review for the folks at ExpertBeam. Thanks!
