Disposable Mask 4 Layer Black with White Inside 50 Pack

Buying face masks for protection is not something I ever thought I would be doing. As we start to venture out, I mean we can't stay inside forever, I was looking for something more comfortable than the reusable cloth ones that we have and something that would be disposable after visiting places like the doctor's office. I was very pleased with the price of these and even though they didn't have many reviews, I decided to give them a try. They arrived in just 2 days, much to my surprise. I instantly tried one on and was happy with the fit, overall. They do fit me a little loose, but not too bad. I have a skinny face, so this isn't likely going to be a problem for most people. I decided to do a couple "unscientific" experiments. First, I put it on in the same way I would wear it and I tried to blow out a candle. I tried, and tried and tried. No matter how close I was, I could not even get the flame to move! Okay, that is good, but that mainly protects other people, right? So, I needed to know more. I then went to my sink and gently sprayed water on the outside. It rolled off like a shower curtain! Now that is what I want to see! I am very happy with this purchase. I have severe sinusitis and can rarely breathe clearly, so wearing a mask for more than 15-20 minutes is very difficult for me. I also wear glasses! I've been experimenting with various styles of masks, including homemade, but I keep coming back to the generic disposal ones. I can adjust the ear loops by tying knots (which works better than twisting the loop), and tuck the top edge under my glasses. It's not perfect, but I have minimal lens fogging and can breathe reasonably well. I love to wear lipstick & blusher (sad emoji), so occasionally I do put on full makeup when I will be drinking and/or eating with a few friends. I can just toss out a mask that gets makeup on it, and keep a few in my purse, since they take up so little space. Not environmentally friendly, but I need to be able to keep a mask on my face, so it's a trade-off. AND THE PINK!! IT'S A BEAUTIFUL VIBRANT SHADE and makes me feel a little better about wearing a mask. These seem to be a slight cut above your typical, usually blue, disposable masks; the paper feels a bit more substantial and the ear loops are firmly attached. The metal nose-adjustment band works fine. Excellent packaging, in a resealable bag. I am happy with these masks!

One of the nicer disposable non-sterile, non-surgical 3-ply masks on the market. Not rated, but certainly as effective as at least a level 1 and possibly level 2 given the impermeable outer layer and absorbent inner layers. Most ratings are dubious anyway for disposable masks. Nice to keep around as backup, They will reduce the chance of spreading infection, which is the intended purpose of a mask of this nature. They will also offer some protection from environmental particulates and aerosol. Will they prevent the wearer from contracting a virus, nope but neither will any mask of this design irrespective of its rating or lack thereof. Will they reduce the risk of transmission, yes. They do look nice and are very comfortable, durable and very well made. A rating and certification would be better though. These are actually nicer than many others on the market masquerading as rated level 2 and level 3. Far more effective than a piece of cloth or bandanna. Give the quality of manufacture, I would not be surprised to find that they perform comparably to level 3 for particle and aerosol filtration (cant say for sure, it just wouldn't surprise me to find it was the case) I would purchase these again most likely. I have several other masks and respirators. I may perform filtration, pressure, permeability and resistance tests on them at some point in time, out of curiosity more than anything else. Micro-particle filtration is a bit if a sticky wicket and not as straightforward many people assume. I spent about 20 years working with various extremely hazardous biological and chemical agents in a previous life path before changing fields. These are good masks that lack a rating; at least they're honest and don't false claims. Four Stars - for excellent quality in manufacture, comfort, design and snug fit. Minus one for no International, EU or US rating.

They are thick, durable and comfortable. I work in a hospital so this is needed and gives a different color than the traditional color at the hospital.

I like that these masks have thick ear loops that don’t pull at your skin. They’re comfortable and breathable while feeling secure and safe. This is my third time buying them! I also appreciate that each box comes with a cute little complimentary bag for carrying masks. I actually didn’t realize til my second box because it’s at the bottom of the box but I LOVE THEM. Check the bottom of the box if you were unaware. It’s very helpful for changing masks throughout the day. Personally, I like changing masks after each meal and the bag fits them perfectly.

I have been using masks for many years because I can't stand cigarette smoke from my husband. The thickness of the mask meets the standard. However, the quality is just OK because after wearing it for a while, lint starts to form and makes my nose and face itchy. In addition, the straps are a tad too short and my ears hurt after 30 minutes. Yes, I have a large head. I have used 10 by now and 1 had a broken strap. I suppose it's not bad compared to a lot of other products listed on Amazon. There's a little note in there that tells you this factory specializes in plastic products in China. Not surprised when there's a demand in the market.
