They WORK for me!!
I know everyone is different but these REALLY work for me. After a few weeks of taking these tablets I went from at least 10 hot flashes a day to nearly none.Not cheap but worth every penny!!!

I noticed a difference within a month
I have been taking these for over a month now, I have noticed a significant reduction in night sweats and irritability. I seem to wake every two hours instead of every hour. The downside is they smell horrible and have a bit of a powdery residue on them that doesn’t taste good.

A few weeks and they work
If you’re suffering various peri menopause symptoms these are worth a try. I have taken one capsule a day and in week 6/7 my flushes just went away both day and night. I’m sleeping through the night again, didn’t appreciate how much I was waking up. I’ve always been such a good sleeper and it was taking its toll, I’m calmer overall. I do feel like I could nap any time of the day if I’m not busy and wonder if one capsule every other day may work to alleviate this but this is the only observation on the negative side. I am so pleased with the results and the price on Amazon is considerably lower than other health stores.

It works for me.
On the journey of premenopausal symptoms of insomnia; itchiness and anxiety I decided to try these as love and trust pukka products. Didn’t notice a difference after two 30 tablet bottles until I ran out. Then I realised how well I’d been sleeping and how good I’d been feeling. Back to being anxious and a hypochondriac and hours spent trying to go to sleep. As I haven’t changed anything else I’m guessing that these supplements did help. The biggest thing I did notice was how much more ‘me’ I felt when taking these. Not sure whether female ageing zaps the ‘me’ out of you but that’s my observation.
