Gem of a product. Priceless, when you consider that one is trying to retrieve old data with out much fuss. I tried with age old IDE hard drives, worked superbly well both with Win 10 and MAC.

Nice product with reliable power adapter. Easily detected ide drive but problem with an old sata drive due to usb windows 10 problem. working well with new hard drive

This is my go-to cable for connecting external SATA disks to a computer. This was unexpectedly easy to use straight out of the box. I needed to get some data off an SSD when the previous ATX PC had failed to boot - the new PC is PCIe.
