This was my first purchase of a grow tent. I like to get a jump start on starting some of my plants ahead of time before the spring thaw. The tent did take a bit of effort getting it together as its a really tight fit on the frame. Other than the initial frame/tent assembly, everything else is pretty simple, just takes a little time getting it together the way you want it. You get everything you need to have a fully automated tent. It comes with the tent, ventilation/filter, timer, grow bags, and the lighting. The lighting is terrific, its easily adjustable and OMG is it intense - better have the sunglasses if you turn it up more than halfway.I have had the tent for more than a year now and its still like brand new even after multiple items grown in it over the year. If you want a good starter kit with everything you need, this is definitely worth a try. I would highly recommend it to all you growers out there.

The Mars tent kit was a great addition for my hobby growing. Keep it clean and it works like a charm. Recommend placing it on a platform to isolate it from floor temperatures.

One dislike I have about this kit, the light. It is, as far as I can tell, it is still a very good light. However, at some point the led's were changed. No longer containing the UV-ish chips. Also, another big change is the swapping of the Meanwell driver for a Mars Hydro branded one (seems to be made by LG). They don't have any moving parts/fan, so it's probably a good idea to have air flowing around it, to prolong it's lifetime. The fabric pots are 5 gallon btw. The tent is great, so far, and the rest of the stuff is cheap quality but usable. Except for the timer I had to replace for being noisy, it may have failed if use continued. I'd recommend ordering a second fan before flowering begins, assuming probable crop.Lastly, tip for newbies, get a light meter or least an app, small dimmer adjustments can have big intensity changes.

After reading reviews of all tent brands, I went with the Mars hydro because it sounded the best. The quality is unbelievable! No light leaks and the zipper is really sturdy! Some reviews said it was to hard to put on or didn't even fit the frame.We watched a few videos to see what others did. One point that was made if the tent didn't fit your frame, you didn't have the frame poles pushed in enough. But what was nice about the Mars tent was the poles had the pins that pop into each other so you know they were where they needed to be. We laid the frame on its side, put the bottom in first, then the top. No pulling and fighting to get it on and it fit like a glove! I bought the kit and everything looks well made. Light is bright, filter fan is quiet. Will update once I start growing!

Well I like it but if you buy it know the light is not appropriate. No matter how high you raise the lights it burns the plant you really need a light you can dim. I'm fighting a serious fight right now. Not mention missing pieces. It was kinda wrong to offer mee 10 dollars .this was a mistake I think

Only big enough for 1 auto flower, dont try photos in here, you will run out of room. The light is trash, the fan died halfway through my first grow, and the instructions to set it up are non-existant. Only worth buying at a deep discount
