Is this a simple scale to understand on the app? as I’m not into complicated graphs, is it accurate with your weight?.

Hey, Yes, I found it very easy. Download the app, it automatically connects to scale(follow the instructions) and that's it! It shows everything very clearly and having it nearly a year now, I'm very happy!

Could i use this to weigh parcels?

Yes I guess so... the metal plates are to measure your heat rate and body fat so. I don't see why you can't weigh almost anything on them however I don't know what weight it goes up to

Can someone please advise me on how to connect to samsung health it shows apple, google and fitbit only

If you can’t find the app in your android store then it’s not available, if it is available…,just download it…open it…register and then open it again…stand on the scales in bare feet…it will automatically connect to your phone!
