After using these for 2 months I have my first meal of a bowl of cereal at 10am followed by 2 Burnboost capsules. Come 1pm I still don't have much appetite. I eat a small lunch and feel full. By teatime I eat a normal size meal as they have worn off. I no longer need to snack between meals during the day. They have helped reduce my appetite over time, don't expect them to do that in the first week. Over time they help you get used to eating less as presumably your stomach wants less food . I don't notice a big increase in energy I just don't get as tired after eating. I've lost half a stone without exercise and I still drink alcohol. I'm happy with them my only complaint is they advertise them as 2 months worth but 2 a day works out at 30 days.

I have been taking this for a little while and I think I can see positive changes. I have definitely lost weight though it's not so prominent.

I have also bought Shape Boost from this company. Although these are a good supplement to help aid in your diet and body changing regime I found more benefit from the Shape Boost. But that is just my personal preference. I would recommend both these products. They are an aid to your dietary and fitness plans. I will finish these but I will re-purchase the Shape Boost. Overall, a great value company to buy from.

I do like these tablets. I did find they kept me fuller for longer, and I did see results in weight loss! With a healthy diet and exercise they're a great booster

These are just water tablets..do not take in the evening, you will be going to the toilet all night.

Arrived in good time, packaging great, don’t seem to have an effect for me and after a whole bottle, no difference in energy, appetite, weight.
